As I collected the footage, I was intrigued to see Yellowjackets frequently taking "stuff" out of the nest. I suppose they were house cleaning. Abruptly and very quickly, a forager passed by taking something into the nest. As best I could tell by slowing and replaying the video, the Yellowjacket had captured a "click beetle" of sorts (Elateridae). The prey was nearly half the size of the hunter. Thanks for your quick eye.
