    2) Agar cash me salary dete hai to employees ka pf deduct hota hai kya or max kitni salary cash me Dene par pf deduct hota hai ya nai hota hai...

      Despite this flexibility, employers are generally expected to act in good faith and not to terminate employees for arbitrary or discriminatory reasons.
