I’m moving a queen size mattress, 3 seat couch, one small table (fits 2), and 12-15 small/medium sized boxes. Do you think it will all fit in a 5x8? Thank you in advance

Too late but may be helpful for someone else. It will fit but not straight, you will have to roll or twist it in some way and that will drastically reduce space for other stuff. If that's the only thing you are moving then yes.
