This is an exceptionally good video about the Razor Crest. Very entertaining background story and some outstanding narrative-to-build camera work. I mean Mrs. Bricksie was on it with that lens the moment Mr. said anything. Nice job!
Agree on it being one of the top UCS sets - Had it not been for the stickers, it would have rivaled the Falcon. Best minifig-scale interior details - great unique figures, and an awesome building experience.

@@tomgu2285it’s good yeah, but while the Razercrest has a bunch of cool details, the atat mostly has just a bunch of seats, plus the fuel tanks and speeder bike holder. Also yeah, the falcon is overrated.

the engines were totally my favorite part to build, just seeing them getting larger and larger by layers was so satisfying

Brilliant video Jordan , thanks for finally getting the Razorcrest finished! I love the set but agree with you about the stickers, I don't think any UCS sets should use stickers, especially considering how much they cost. Still need to add this set and the UCS AT-AT to my collection as I didn't get either one for Christmas! Top marks to Josee for the excellent filming
Incredible!! Great review and LOVE THE SLAVE SHIP NEXT TO IT! Maybe also put a small ship "flying" above the Razor Crest, since there's that dead space above it. (You could hang it from the shelf above... just s thought!) Thanks for being amazing, Bricksie!

I bought this in October for my birthday and I love the Razorcrest UCS set. A first UCS set for me, as I am a proud owner of all Lego mandalorian sets. Just need to find a good way to display it alongside my other sets

This set looks even better than I thought with all the interior detailing. As you placed it I immediately though Slave 1 to go next to it - definitely how I'll display. Think this will be my next set!

I once had my Diagon Alley set take a tumble off the shelf (original one with Gringotts). Had several bricks crack which was surprising to me.

i remember reviewers at the time said that the stickers were awful, i was suprised when i built it how good the stickers blended in. i saw this and your sticker is almost blue, i took a look at mine, and they are as grey as the elements. it must be a production error, mine was from europe. good day to you all

I just got mine and I have to say - the sitckers look very bad in your footage but the greys match really well in my case. Maybe there was some sort of revision during production?

As horrible as the stickers are, it really doesnt affect it much cause the set is that magnificent, such a huge and beautiful display, definetly my top 3 favorite lego sets of all time. I may have some bias though since it was my first ucs set

I just had a cool idea. What if you have a comic con going on somewhere in the city? That way you could put some Star Wars and other licensed figures in the city and they could be fans in costumes

Mine is a few years back
I was about 10 pieces away from finishing the Disney castle, dog saw a squirrel outside, freaked out and slammed into the table I was building it on …. Smashed to pieces.
I immediately went to my personal bar, grabbed a bottle of whiskey …. Almost cried.
Once I accepted the fate of my poor castle, I grabbed some 5 gallon buckets. Filled them up with the remains.
I then converted a spare bedroom into a Lego building/ display room, so this would hopefully never happen again. 😊

It’s impressive how large it is. Makes me wonder if LEGO did one more nasa space shuttle orbiter in this size. Ya know just one more scale level up from 2021s recent space shuttle. Hah crazy thought! Cheers bro

I was looking at your Eiffel Tower location again, and if you run a train under it. You'd have to remove the road plates and the tan roads would make great roads in your Medieval area (roads a lot narrower 1000 years ago).

Still can't believe I won this set from a single $32 bid on thebrickshowshop's stream on whatnot. This model has some of the greatest angles and building techniques I've seen in a ucs set so far, it's pretty great.

What I don't understand is that some sets have stickers on clear backgrounds, which IMHO look WAAAAY better than the ones with a coloured background that rarely matches the colour of the bricks....why can't they do those on all sets? Especially ones in the UCS level of pricing?

The back part above the rear exit/tail also lifts up for me really easy. Does yours do that as well? Is it meant to come off?

great model, don't care for it though, as it's not og trilogy, same point with the Republic Gunship. In some ways I'm happy this is the case from a space point of view lol. Keep up the great content

I use Ikea Billy shelves and Pax units.
@@Bricksie works very good. I also bought the billy and pax shelves after watching your video about it! Only the star destroyer doesn’t fit quite well. So i put that one on top.

I agree a 100% with you! Stickers should not be on a ucs set! You are paying hundreds off dollars.. I know printing is expensive.. but they make enough money of ucs sets.

It looks amazing. I love this set so much. Unfortunately, the stickers remain the sole reason I do not buy these expensive sets. IMO, adult collector sets should not have stickers. I think on the $200 sets its okay but the 4-$500+ sets really deserve printed pieces.

It was a mistake for them to blow that ship up. (Spoiler alert :) ) It was going to be an iconic ship. I haven't gotten this ship yet because it's no longer in the show and I have the smaller one. Based on your review though, I might need to add this to the list in the future.

I love this set, but to be honest the stickers aren't good enough. People made Lego very aware that stickers weren't wanted in the modulars when they put them in the cinema set, so they never did again.
UCS sets are designed for display, they are not designed to be a play toy, the modulars meet that description far more readily, so where is the backlash to Lego over this?
I may have to go to a third party to get tiles, I will certainly be contacting Lego to get more stickers, since we know they have a life span of 10 or so years if we are lucky and this set should be designed to last longer than that with it's high price point.
Sorry, but to have an incredible UCS set marred so badly by stickers is not ok and Lego doesn't deserve a pass on this one.

They should have made chrome bricks for this…
I have a lot of issues with this set, given the very high price point. First of all, it should be silver, not grey. Stickers look awful, everything should be printed. And you cannot remove the landing feet, so you're stuck on having it on the ground. Given the amount of money they charge for it, this is a bad set for me.
