Many thanks, sir! These are grayling, however, not trout. For that pleasure we have to wait a few weeks here in UK 😂 👍

Thymallus can indeed be a fickle mistress. Nice video! Love the Gilmouresque guitar tone 👍

Ha ha! Thanks! Always been heavily influenced by Floyd, great style template for atmospheric/mood themes! 😂👍

Good to see you out on the banks especially after the Grayling. Fish whatever method gives you enjoyment and the fish are taking. Sometimes it's just about using a favourite old rod and reel. Lovely river, wonderful place to be. Phil

Another very enjoyable vid, full of all those winter colours - even including your jumper! I find it more difficult to locate grayling once the cold weather's set in. I guess they bunch up in the deeper parts of the pools.

Ha ha! Yes the dead grass camo! 😂
I'll be devastated when that jumper falls to bits! No eastern beast known to man can penetrate it! I expected to find those fish in a big dense shoal as you say? But strangely still seemingly well distrubuted. Often it's feast or famine searching for a shoal! 👍
