This is probably one of my favorite interiors ever. They thought of everything and all on the high end of luxury. Love it all!
Thank you! Follow and subscribe @the27north 😊💙
I think out of all the tours I have seen of Vans, Buses, and Commuters, this is the best build. Beautiful home with 3 comfortable rooms - Bedroom, Dining Room, and roomy Bathroom. Comfy Car Seating as well, and a great Kitchen.
Thank you! Follow and subscribe @the27north 😊💙
"doesn't take alot of power, but outputs a ton of heat" this man is so brilliant he defies thermodynamics
Induction hobs are more efficient. He meant relative to other methods of cooking.
Strange that I watched this video yesterday because I had never seen such a build and then I see you on the road this morning around 11am westbound on hwy 380 between Denton and Decatur in north Texas. This rig is larger than life in person. Amazing detail on this build. Extremely impressed
Thank you! Follow and subscribe @the27north 😊💙
I just saw it for the first time on 65 south in Montgomery googled it. Oh my god what a beast of a truck, but way over priced way way way over priced should not exceed 600 K.
One of the best mini-RVs I've ever seen. It's the size of a large van with a high-end $1mill USD+ RV interior. And the military aspects of it looks like it could handle any weather and is secure. Sweet vehicle all aroound.
Thank you! Follow and subscribe @the27north 😊💙
It can't handle a simple trail
Looks like a bunker on wheels
That’s actually the most accurate description
Thank you! Follow and subscribe @the27north 😊💙
It's about as durable as a paper bag
Again Tiny home tours just kills it! High production value.
I'm speechless! This is an extraordinary build, so well thought out and designed for 2 people. Many Blessings to you and your wife, as you bless others on your journey. Aloha from Hawaii. 🌺
Yes you have done something SPECIAL 🎉

Comfortable and stylish fallout bunker on 4x4 wheels. I like it 👌
I really like the setup in the truck cab. How awesome to sneak down that aisle to grab a snack in the back and jump in bed for a nap. No need to worry that no one is driving the truck because the outside looks pretty much indestructible.
а куда он из колеи денется ? 😂
Wow! I pray that I could afford to buy this outfit. Amazing, fantastic.
WOW! Who would ever know you could have such a beautiful modern interior.
Wow, this RV is one of the most innovative ones that I've seen so far, very very beautiful! This young man and his wife are creative geniuses and if this is the first one, I can't wait to see what will follow! Best wishes to them and sending out a heartfelt thank you for them reaching out to help teens and orphans. Namaste 🙏🏾💐👏🏾
I've been following these guys since they introduced this truck and I've been waiting for full tour video of it for weeks. Thank you!
Tough home. Has personality.
Has the ability to go off road in rugged terrain. At the same time provides comfortable accommodations.
Thank you for showing your fascinating design.
Praying the Lord continues to bless your family.
Wow!!! Finally one that I wouldn't make ANY changes to! Perfect for me for sure!
I saw this thing in GA this past weekend. Crazy looking machine. Had no idea it would be so nice inside.
✨ Just WOW! This is my favorite conversion on this channel so far. ❤
Mine too!
Thank you! Follow and subscribe @the27north 😊💙
What’s crazy is from the outside it doesn’t look like a huge space but on the inside it looks so spacious!!! Beautiful use of space
Thank you! Follow and subscribe @the27north 😊💙
Lol dude mentions baja but said Donut was putting it on trails it wasn't designed for. This thing would be a pile of parts if it drove within an hour of baja off road lol.
I just finished a full Baja tour and it is a tough driving environment even on the paved roads some of which seemed to be nothing but potholes occasionally interrupted by asphalt. It is a good testing ground for equipment.
Beefy militarized exterior with a refined yet comfy interior. I love how spacious it is for the mods. Just beautiful.
wow man ive been watching alot of off grid truck conversions or even the other branded vehicles but i liked yours better. keep it up and goodluck!!
Wow. Now I would feel safe in this truck. Beautiful
I think the two things he said the most is awsome and my wife
No. He said, 'THE wife'. Makes a big difference to how we women view him.
Stunning, stylish, safe & comfortable! You've got it covered in one of the best builds I've seen on this channel! You have a right to be proud!❤
Proud of what? Daddy paying for it, or his desire to get us to work for him for free on social media? He has done nothing but brag about how big his rig is.
Great to use marine grade units! Have never seen anyone use these items in RVs
That thing is badass
Impressive but probably comes with an impressive price too. Love the clean lines and the mix of wood and metal with the countertop.
Geez, this was a VERY well thought out design. I want one.
It is very nice, but that P trap under the sink is done wrong, just saying. Ask a plumber if you don't believe me. Other than that , and I don't personally like the windows, a well thought out nice build. Very smart to get a yacht refrigerator!
Thank you for the tip! We will look into it!
Should put the windows on the passenger side, so when you park on the side of the road you can see the view, beach, lake, forest, etc...
Love love love the finishings. So well designed.
Well done.. Way to get the Ladies on Board with that Interior!
Wow amazing build. Super well thought out with crazy plush features. That thing is super cool!
Now that's something I would like to have. Very nice.
Well planned, wow, perfect
Great job its beautiful on the inside!!! And has everything you need.
Beautiful designing,planning and truly luxurious
That is the most bad ass rig I have ever seen. An Earth Roamer was my dream rig if I ever hit the lottery. That is no longer the case. I would want a truck just like your build. Very nice job on the design. Bravo!
I would check the weight limits first
Love, love, love this!
What a rig! I can't get my head around how big the US pickups are, that must be 12ft behind the cab. I'm trying to design a demountable for a UK pickup, and one of the largest beds we can get here is 6ft on a Nissan Navara, and for that we give up the double cab for a 1.5 (King) cab.
Awesome build, very impressed
Imagine that rig trying drive through a small English or German town…
We have 10ft beds standard on several of the 3/4 ton + platforms. 8 ft is still about the max on a 1/2 ton or standard full size pick-up
@@Aliensdontwearsocks Ours normally have a maximal width of 2,30 m.
For the big ones you would need a bus driver’s license, at least in Germany. And a 10 ft vehicle definitely would have problems in older towns.
@@claudiakarl7888 My first truck when I turned 16 had a 8 ft bed and a single cab. No power steering either so it was a pretty good arm workout. 🤣
@@Aliensdontwearsocks We don’t drive trucks. 😉 Except of gardeners, builders etc. - and a few idiots who want to compensate for small bodyparts. Our cities are just not made for big private vehicles. Although there are people who drive big SUVs that will never see a trail.
What a comfortable way to spend an apocalypse!
as long as it lasts 6 days
Love it. But 8 MPG?!
wow super nice interior
Well I can't say that I was right about you brother. I saw some shorts and instagram reels of this thing and was staunchly disappointed but after seeing the long form explain this thing in greater detail it's led me to actually like it, your engineers, and want to see you guys and this thing prosper. Good show my guy. I really respected and enjoyed it. A lot of things checked off my list in this video. Just the sort of thing I want to see for my own build and in my own market.
Thank you brother! Means the world to me.
This vehicle is the dream mobile for every camping guy. The torture-tested exterior look, the interior fit, solid and lasting. Amazing!
I get nervous when the pitch for an expedition vehicle begins with the 'euro cabinets.' It should be a highly capable off roader first, everything else is secondary.
Looks beautiful 😊!!
Interesting build. The shower door thing is just nice, nothing out of the norm really. The glass cabinets overhead are a VERY bad idea since things higher up bounce around much more and harder, PLUS there is nothing to keep the glass wear from slamming into the little windows. Walnut is not exotic wood, it's domestic in the US. It all has this gucci tacti-cool LL Bean vibe to it. Then you have an overhead fuel filler.... I don't think I have to explain how bad that idea is. I give it a 3 out 10.
Yeah. As someone that camps off old logging roads, I feel like this wouldn't hold up. This is more towards pull up and hook up glamping.
+1
You are absolutely right. He has no clue. Daddy paid for it. He knows nothing. He could not explain how his hot water works or what the name is. Its a Truma Combi that is heated by glycol in the engine and recirculated back for on demand hot water. Its sad. So many high priced items but overall poor design. The glass cabinets, the heavy glass shower door, the heavy quartz countertops and sinks, huge slabs of wood, just adding weight to an already over loaded vehicle so that gas mileage drops even further. Bet he drives with full tanks of fresh water too! 🤣🤣🤣
Totally agree, he left out unbelievable amount of detail and joking at 3 mpg, saying he got it to 8, the first answer was true. I would love to believe that he has the right ideas and giving profit's to charity, but I question this too tbh.
Completely agree, seems to me that a lot of the so called luxury is just weight added unnecessarily. Also, all the angles look cool from the outside but inside was lacking in cabinets and other storage that even the most basic DIY conversions would include, when he mentioned "ample storage space" he was being disingenuous at best. This would definitely not be for me or anyone that wants function over form.
Hands down best build in like an over lander type truck tiny home. I love all the detail the aesthetics is beautifully set in this build everywhere you look. Ok now I want one!!
Badass truck ! 👍🔥
Wow this is literally insane. Have to drive carefully so the service and plates doesn’t break 😊
Not quite on level with Earth Roamer but extremely cool and anyone who gets one will love it I'm certain.
I think this might be better than earth roamer
nope
U couldn't go more thoughtful than this
The best built home on wheels i have come across
I'll take two!
Other than the small closet, where do you put your clothes? I saw no shelves for that.
Just saw a whole video of this thing in action, and it's frankly not safe to take off road, or realy anywhere with any sort of winding road or steep incline. The back isn't secured enough, so it flexs freely left to right and the suspension allows for so much travel that anything even remotely abrupt and it can split the whole thing in two. You can literally see it twist the chassis when it flexes from one side to the other. There's also not enough weight in the front, so it could tip over backwards. You wouldn't have to be offroad for a lot of this to happen, just a steep incline or a sharp turn.
Very well-thought-out impressive
Hater comments incoming......this thing is silly. Looks cool af, don't get me wrong, but functionally it's trash. First, why is it shaped like that? You don't have a walkable roof anymore, and your solar is affected by angles now. You can't mount any storage boxes to the back. The bed and back seating area is narrow af on one side. None of the windows open? You don't have a window on the passenger side because your weird roof shape make you have to mount the awning in the middle of the truck. The speakers, just...lol. Idc what kind of hinges you use, a glass shower door in an adventure truck is stupid. A toe-kick vacuum? Bro, you're outside, just sweep the dirt back outside. I used to think Earthroamers were show trucks for the rich, but this one takes the cake. At least ER is actually functional.
1000% agreed. Also the MPG is 3mpg. Like this wouldn't go far for an Overland adventure. Imagine traveling to Chile in this, you would be using your Emergency line just to get fuel. This is a silly idea tbh.
Not to mention the dry weight is 16,700 GVWR is 17,000
I agree, the design is trash.I thought the main idea for these overlander is to get to areas that are rugged and to enjoy being outdoors. If you want all those amenities of home get an RV. What I am seeing in the area of campers like this is putting so much crap in them that the average person can’t afford them. Then he basically criticizes van conversions or people who do bus conversions. A bit arrogant and pretentious.I like people who DIY for they know how to build for their needs and help others who need it. He says it is not about the money, yeah right, but fails to mention the cost.
Why did he just not say this rig is for the people who are hoarding the money!
I sure hope this fella is able to sell a couple of these, his passion is exciting to see. He does have some pretty tough competition at this price point with earthromer, but the innovation alone would draw me towards 27north.
Thank you for the encouragement!
Well done Lads. Greetings from Italy. Amazing and wonderful Van.
Really nice work I love it!
Oh, My Goodness! This is literally a video of my dream's conversion desires. I have had a lot of dreams of this same video. Different people and colors. One major difference is: I the marble is a darker color, and the corners of marble tops are covered. The living leather is darker. Another difference is the men do not look alike, and my dream's man is much older.
I would trade my home for one of these with little change. What a way for you to get a shop on the East Coast across the street from a military base. Oh... My...God...I pray that this is an affordable buy for a senior/ veteran/educator/widow who want to start their senior's final chapters of The Book of Life.
Very inventive, and eye-catching design.
Come to Minnesota!
Wow ! That is sweet ! Well done ! 👏👏
I really like the way they shaped the box it truly looks military
Looks very awesome 👌 👏
Thanks for sharing a great tour and a good Human who seems to care !! ~peace~
Things I've been telling people in van life as of late, here on display. Big battery. Alternator power. Less about solar. Big water tanks. Quality materials. Quality appliances. 12v appliances. Yacht inspiration. Audio system. The beat goes on. Not everything I agree with. Still a lot of room for development and questions but absolutely the overall direction I want to see us going in.
If I had one of these for taking care of Idaho hotsprings and rivers, that would be amazing!
This is it theres nothing else that I would change well thought out rig
ST.LOUIS!!!!!!!! YES SIR!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Great build! I just wish windows can be open and have bugs screen for air circulation.
WOW is right! You thought of everything. Afraid to know what it costs though.
Saw this truck driving around town yesterday in Springfield
The Nicest Rig I’ve Seen By Far. A lot Of Though Went Into This Beauty. Way To Go 27 North! I’m A Subscriber To Your Utube Channel Now.😊
Thank you! We appreciate the kind words!
Put a coffee mug hole holder , incinerator toilet , heated floors , rain capture of roof , recirculating shower 🚿, log burner with oven and hot water
I was there in Smithville Missouri and got to see this.
Looks like something the military would go camping with.
this looks like walking dead ready!! LOVE it
Very cool truck! Table and counters look amazing.
When you press the button to lower the table, is there something that can detect if someone or something is obstructing the table and stop it lowering?
If not, is there a cover on the button?
If I had it I'd definitely choose this rig fo sho!! It's like they've almost thought of everything!!
Why is the fuel fill 7 feet off the ground?
This fella loves over estimating things. The price of this must be ridiculous, but not as ridiculous as the mpg, which must be around 2 mpg. This would not go far out in the wilderness as you would be ringing the emergency button for fuel.
It's brilliant looking, and fair play to him for building a toy, as that's what it is unfortunately with some of the stuff. It's not an overlanding vehicle for me tbh.
It's done very well.
Oh my god yes please! When you look up 27 North it’s student housing in San Jose
Very impressive 🤩
Rofl. Those angled mudguards must really lower it’s radar crossection
I want it.
WoW ! I had no idea that walnut trees were so fearless ... LoL
What an awesome rig!!!
Great dude ! Love the rig and the vibe of the video.
𝙻𝚘𝚟𝚎 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚋𝚞𝚒𝚕𝚍 , 𝚜𝚘 𝚌𝚘𝚣𝚢!
Perfection And impressive
Very cool truck!. Thanks for sharing.
How much though? Is it priced as ridiculous as the earthroamers?
More I think. I can't find a listed price anywhere on their website, but I saw another company comment that they want 900k. Not that I have the $ anyway, but I'd take the Earthroamer since it's cheaper and they have 25 years experience building these trucks.
@@trent_mcneely7554 If that's true, that's just absurd. I can buy three 3-bedroom houses in the South with 900k.
This is the problem we are seeing now. DIYers convert based upon their needs and finances, then you have those who want to come in with these rigs at prices that are utterly ridiculous and the gas mileage on those things are abysmal. So the DIYer conversions can get better gas mileage yet he throws shade. At least DIYers don’t have to sell their first born for outdoor adventures.
Breathtaking ❤️
