- Today I am taking you to the local gym here in Ukulhas, which costs $3; you can use it for as long as you need. There is only 1 downside: the place is so hot that it also turns into a sauna more than a gym. You can see my struggle there with the heat. Still, I am so happy to find such facilities on the island to get the workout done.

Hi Davud. I can imagine how hot the weather is from your facial expression walking on the beach. I wonder how the local artist/painter survives on the island just through painting, unless he doesn't have any dependents. His paintings are quite good. Wow! I enjoyed your brief gym workout. I have an nephew in Belgium...before he goes to work...he wake up very early in the morning and reads all the Belgium newspapers ..and after that ...he goes to the gym...and go to his office!!
My deceased father, his uncle...because his grandmother is my deceased father his little sister!
He said about my nephew, he still living in his mother house, to save all his money ..so he called my nephew an mama s baby, but i think my nephew is very clever..saving his money by staying as long as possible at home ..and one day he can buy an castle...lol!
But my nephew hobby s are ...reading Belgium newspaper and then going to the gym😅😅😅😅😅 before he goes to work

I guess walking outside is the sauna cause there was really no sauna in the gym. The gym looked like a ghetto gym.

Gyms in South East Asia (I lived both in Malaysia and Philippines) is also like saunas....cheap but extremely hot that you think you are in steamed room...LOL
