Nice phone fixing equipment. I wonder if that string technique would work on a galaxy s8 plus. I tried another way and it ended badly. But wiab i tried that string. Also don't have big sunshine box and heat table.. but this was fun 2 watch. Thank u.

Actually not , The smartphone display has 2 parts LCD + Digitalizer(the one he's replacing) ,the combo will cost you around 2k rupees + service charge and the digitalizer will cost you around 300 rupees so depending on repair guy you can get it repaired under 1k.
Cheaper option indeed but Question is : Is it possible to do all this at home WITHOUT the machines that you're using?? I wanna do this by myself cos I break my phones every few months & I'm bleeding dry. Glass lenses are cheaper but seem to involve more work,

I'm guessing its cheaper to just buy a new screen assembly and replace it. based on this process it looks like an expensive repair.
