- This is only the second time I have been to this toy fair. Last year I picked up some cool pieces so was hopeful again for this time, and it didn't disappoint!

👍🏻 I'll do my best on RUclips, which I just started.
I just about remember this costume, can’t recall if that piece was an arm shield or the front or back plate of child’s body armour, pretty sure there was a similar red piece that was the front, this was the rear and there was a mask too, not sure about a gun or that could have been seperate

Great video!! I live in Birmingham (Alabama, not England) and usually have to go to Atlanta for toy shows and so on. With that being said, I'm living vicariously through you in this video as well as your Tokyo visit. Love it!

They are often pricey here. Last one I found was in a charity shop. Even that was pretty top end in price.
Decepto pack 1985 had a mask and body armor some kind of wrist things a belt and I believe a gun like weapon.

At the end I was half expecting you to produce that other large play-mobile figure.
I did see someone walking away with that. And one is really all I have space for here.
Deceptopack, from 1985, came with that shield and also breastplate, helmet, belt, wriat bands, amd battery operated laser weapon.
The sheild would make a nice wall hang though
The plastic tabs, attached to the shield, allowed you to bundle it all up into a backpack.

It did look lovely. I asked one seller if they'd sell me a MOTU pillowcase they were using. They would, but only at a high price so I left it.

We still enjoyed ourselves tho looking at all the retro toys
The music is very much similar to Gravity Falls and Stranger Things all in one. Add a bit of Star VS the Forces of Evil with a few bitesize pieces of music from a John Carpenter film and there we go!
Another awesome video Dave. I really enjoy these toy fair videos. I keep hoping to catch one close to home. So I can see what hidden gems I might find out in the wild myself.
