I love that cookbook! People always say I make the best baked beans and I always tell them thanks to Kent Rollins I can make them. I then go on to tell them he's a cowboy who's been on iron chef and spanked Bobby flay. I always tell them to buy the cookbook but people always want something for nothing. Lol
I started this video, saw the cookbook, paused it, checked Amazon, low and behold there it was. I bought it just now, right before I resumed watching the video. I look forward to it, all your food looks delicious and I’ve attempted to replicate it from the videos but a hard copy cookbook is invaluable. Thanks Kent ^^

So good to see the use of an aproximately 1/3 red, 1/3 orange, 1/3 yellow sweet pepper mixture. Adds color and flavors that you do not get with only using unripe green peppers.

Howdy Kent, You knocked it out of the park with this recipe!!! I’ve had meatballs and all sorts of toppings, but damn this recipe with the gravy hits her home!!! You make it easy my friend, ... thanks for another great job and tell that misses she covered all editing with perfection!!! I found out your beagle has a week spot for the bacon. Hello Mr. Kent Rollins What a great recipe! God bless you & your Mom. I started this on the stove which quit working just After I made the scratch mushroom gravy. So I fired up my gas grill, fried up the bacon, peppers, onions and by that time the oven started working again, my wife got it working again and in short one of the best meals in my life! Thank You Sir! P.S. I made mashed potatoes & green beans to go with it. We’re going to have the leftovers tomorrow night. GOOD JOB Cookie!

Hello Mr. Kent Rollins
What a great recipe! God bless you & your Mom. I started this on the stove which quit working just After I made the scratch mushroom gravy.
So I fired up my gas grill, fried up the bacon, peppers, onions and by that time the oven started working again, my wife got it working again and in short one of the best meals in my life! Thank You Sir! P.S. I made mashed potatoes & green beans to go with it. We’re going to have the leftovers tomorrow night. GOOD JOB Cookie!

Onions are toxic to dogs. They contain something that damages the dog's red blood cells, causing anemia.
