Great review man! Seems like a solid all around shoe. I got the PG 1 but couldn't get past how narrow they were. They never loosened up like you said, they turned into a casual gym shoe for me ha.
worn these for about 3-4 hours in a fairly dusty gym and gotta say I'm loving the zoom in it. You can definitely feel the zoom air bag under your forefoot, if you can't ur feet must be numb and the insole is also really nice. The shoes traction has no sound which is subjective, personally idm if it's a good performer which it is and you do not need to wipe at all. I will be playing with them on a dusty court soon so i'll update on how they perform but I'm expecting the traction to maintain performance.
This shoe is a beast @$110. As a wide- footer i will testify that this shoe is extremely comfortable in terms of fit. Damn, since we have this, the Kyrie and Dame line, I don’t think I have to spend over 130 on a pair of basketball shoes again, especially when these hit clearance and outlets.

Ohhhhhh, he called them 'these bad boys' at the start, I can already tell wing likes them! I've been really enjoying my Palmdale's, the PG 2 really just feels like a PG 1 but with better traction and cushion to me, and an actual tongue is great for the shoe 👌
i got the 2.5 and it held up great, despite me playing on outside courts. the fit is so snug and tight, i had trouble getting my foot in even with the laces loosened, which really drives home how good the lockdown is the traction was great for 2-4 months, but after that the rubber burned through and i started slipping all over the place whenever i did a quick direcrion change or jab. the front ball section of my outsole is completely smooth now, so ive retired it to a everyday comfort/lifestyle shoe because it really is comfortable the strap really helped with the lockdown surprisingly, but the strap on my left shoe burned through and so im left with one shoe with a strap and one shoe without one lols, i dig the asymmetrical look tho all in all, dont buy if youre a constant outside hooper, but if youre looking for a good, cheap shoe for occasional outside playing and mostly inside playing, this is definitely it
The backwards swoosh is suppose to represent PG being a "2-way" player. Does look a little odd though to have a backwards swoosh then a forward one on the same side.

The Kyrie's have a little bit more cushion in the heel but overall the pg2s have better cushion. the also have better traction and lockdown. Trust night wing his review's are one of the best
If a color way that interests me pops up I’ll grab a pair however Zoom air hasn’t been kind to my joints lately. I’ve been sticking to foam cushion based shoes with better results. I think the spring back that Zoom gives is a bit too much for me these days. Hyperdunk 2017, Jordan 31, 32. All have been a no go. Kinda sucks!
I'm struggle to choose between these and the why not 0.1 . Somebody pls help me . For reference , my fav shoes to play in are the Kobe 9 , CP 3.7 . I like shoes with good traction , ample heel lockdown and court feel
zhen bond law I have the why not lows and the pg 2. Just to give you perspective, I'm 6' 1" and 225 lbs mostly muscle and I use them for volleyball not basketball. Both have great traction, but the pg 2s have a little better bite. When it comes to heel lockdown and support both are good but I personally love the cushion in the why not 0.1. The why not 0.1 felt like a glove on my feet not tight but fit just right. The pg2 felt a little tight at first but after playing in them they felt fine. Both are great when it comes to support like I said earlier but I'll say go to a nike store and try them on just to see how you like the initial feel. After that you can't go wrong with either. I know it was long but hope I could help 👌🏾
I'm getting these on Thursday on my payday. Just needed to wait for your review on it. I usually wait on the fit part because most Nikes don't fit my feet.. Unlike adidas where most fit my feet.. Since I'm a wide footer
