Thank you. Mainly because the A330 is not very photogenic aircraft. Hard to make her look good when she is on the ground. Looks much better in the air.

Unfortunately I've only spotted Mig29s that came to Mumbai few years ago. No upload worthy images. I've never been to Aero India. Hopefully I'll be able to attend the next one.

It had landed in late 2012, since after only jaguars were spotted over lights of mumbai. There's MI 17 helicopter base adjoined inside airport and often hercules c-130j and other iaf birds do have movements here.

No A380s to Mumbai since the start of the pandemic. :(
@@Vaibhav_Shah yeah, but saw AN124's taking rounds to Mumbai on alternative days , unfortunately A380's of SIA were replaced with A350's n eithad stopped Mumbai bound A380's n Emirates increased Mumbai visits with b777 so :-(

Why the planes get scrapped when aren't used for long time? I mean isn't it sad to see such beautiful machines get completely destroyed and vanished . Also financial losses
It is sad indeed. But it all comes down to economics at the end. Older planes cost more in fuel and maintenance expenses. The newer planes are more fuel efficient and can fly longer. For airlines, making money is the most important thing. Which is understandable as there is cut-throat competition in the aviation industry.
