@@MangerzArt Yea I've updated my phone and finally discovered how to lock white balance so this shouldnt be an issue in the future! Sometimes I cut out whole segments because the white balance changing was so jarring to watch

I think if you want to tell stories and talk about your characters you should go for it. telling a narrative seems like something you’ve long wanted to do, and writing stories and drawing comics can be uniquely exhausting. finding a way to tell a story that works for you and keeps your passion alive is a really valuable thing. I know you said you worry about your role playing being “cringe,” and I think that’s a fear we’ve all had when sharing our narratives with others, but I saw a post once that’s really helped assuage my own fears regarding that-“so much of what we call cringe is just earnest.” In a time where so many things are shrouded in irony or affectations of not caring in order to protect our vulnerabilities, the ability to be earnest and tell your story is a powerful and fulfilling one. It’s hard and it’s frightening, of course, but being able to explore your own creations and reach out to other people through them is so worth it. I particularly liked your idea about drawing scenes from your campaign-as someone who recently made the switch over to creating original content and stories, one of my favorite ways to characterize my OCs and show others their personalities is drawing them in environments that allow for both a larger narrative and smaller details peeking through that inform who they are as people. it’s fun, it’s wonderful practice for all manner of subjects in art (environments, objects, character interaction, poses, perspective, etc), and imo, much less burnout-inducing than drawing comics LOL. anyways. love your art! don’t be afraid to branch out and let your passion shine through your work.
Miss Frizzle but a DND character was one of the best lines from this video XD but if you're nervous about posting your recorded sessions, i recommend maybe instead recapping a session while drawing some npcs or even this character over the audio- or if she has a fit change or soemthing like that

if your looking for a smaller group of dnd players to watch high rollers is pretty good, they have 2 different campaigns so far and some smaller side campaigns they did that arent as long, some are one shots too :)

have a look at mythic gme! it's kinda overwhelming to learn at first but it makes writing so fun because you can skip all the boring and nuanced scenes and instead literally just focus on "writing" the interesting ones. plus you make your own rules! there's no wrong way of doing it

The thing about Critical Role is the beginning of the series is ROUGH. It took me ages to get into it. if you’re still interested, I very much suggest starting with one of the other campaigns first. Cause then you skip past all of their rocky start and awkward growing pains as they figured out how to stream with so many people.

THIS IS AMAZING!!! Mistwind sounds so cool, and genuinely, if you streamed/videoed a campaign I would SO be watching!!!! Eleanor looks so cool, and dw, roleplay was hard for me too when I started a few years ago! Your doing amazing as it is!!! Also, yes, she's very Mrs Frizzle coded, but she also reminds me of Cordelia from the Shadow hunters series! Cordelia is also set in a victorian era, but ti's swapped so that their in a normal human world, but the Nephilim (Cordelia's family, friends, think like a secret society of sorts) are the magical ones that are set out to protect non-magical people from demons!

I love this and would love to watch/hear a series about your characters and their adventures in/around/escaping? Mistwind! The drawing is adorable and I didn't mind your hand crossing the drawing throughout the video. However, I honestly wasn't watching a whole lot. I was mostly listening while working and I could absolutely visualize Mistwind, Eleanor, Charles, the carriage crash, everything.
