  • Today we will dive into a new chapter while learning Turkish. Prepositions in Turkish is one of the most important lessons in our Turkish Grammar for Beginners lessons. Turkish prepositions, or, as they are suffixes, should we call them post-positions? We call them in Turkish as "Edatlar and Bağlaçlar". Along with other pre or post positions, we have as usual, Turkish suffixes '-i,' '-e', '-de', '-den' which are taking place of main prepositions in English those are; in, on, at, to, from. As we add suffixes and change our noun according to the 'position', we call them 'İsmin Halleri'. Via these suffixes we described " the States of Nouns". Let's learn Turkish grammar.
Would you like to learn Turkish with me? Are you asking yourself how to learn Turkish language? Then, let's start with this A1, A2 to B1 Level Turkish lesson, learn all the basics today.

Turkish language is very easy to learn as a result of its agglutinative and sound harmonic nature. And of course, as a result of the use and adaptation of the Latin alphabet and making it easy to read and write as it has letters for every sound used and do not need the 'phonetic alphabet'. It is an agglutinative language, what that means is that you do not need to memorise a lot of word like you do for English. Oh god, learning English is kind of a lifelong process. .
And another benefit of learning Turkish is that, it is one of the most spoken languages in the world! Some resources say it is the fifth language. It is not only the people in Turkey, there are other Turkic countries speaking variations of Turkish language you are learning now...

Hello dear. Thank you so much for all of your efforts. This is a lot of words to learn, I only knew the basic but you gave 2 or 3 synonym to each prep position. You have done an amazing job translating each and every one. I know it is challenging to translate from one language to another.
    Keep on the hard word.
