I really appreciate what you are doing with the podcast and Open Studio - please keep it up! Also I had so much fun at the piano after watching this, really really useful!
Great stuff...Love the restricted inner voice movement exercise Idea. Thanks Adam. That's a little gold nugget. 'You'll hear it' Podcasts at the Piano are the Bomb...Is saying something is 'the Bomb', out of date?
Have guest talk about inner voicings on guitar, voice leading lesson why not from a sax perspective, time feel include a drummer and get that perspective. Every day blog is crazy good luck
Great question: It's Peter Martin's "Emotion in Motion" from the album "What Lies Ahead." Listen to the full tune here: ruclips.net/video/QJM-6wFpY3k/видео.html
Guy A thinks inner movements are just basic stuff. I respect you so much but then u havent explored more complex inner movements u'll be amazed. But Mr Martin P is more open-minded on Piano skill stuffs.
This is crux to the sound to achieve for today's modern world. Inner voicing. That pulse thing. Quality. Need another one on inner voicing.
I swear you guys are the best jazz educators on RUclips

Thanks so much for covering this great topic. Those inner voices are where the magic happens.
Great content! I'm totally in when you talk about "restricted practice"!
There's definitely a market for all day voice leading podcasts! Even if i'm the only one

Love this! How about playing and talking about specifics with other instrument?
Sure, can you elaborate a little more on what you mean? What other instruments, and in what way? We'll run your suggestion by the guys!
