I love love love bunnies. Most of Facebook friends are rabbits. Rabbits are an advanced pet, and not for kids or folks that don’t get it. The thought of these beautiful babies stuck in the yard in a small hutch is heartbreaking. Your rabbits are living the good life!
I also have rabbits and let me tell you, getting a either a hay box to put next to the litter box or a hay bag to put over the litter box is a game changer! I highly recommend!
I love it! I also have a bunny named Olive. We believe he was an "easter present" who was released into the park behind our old house because he was still young and it was around... June or early July when he found his way into our backyard. He stayed behind a planter pot of mint and I just got home from work one morning, picked him up and brought him inside! That was 5 years ago now
Oh my goodness!! That’s so ridiculous that people think they can release PETS THAT ARE DOMESTICATED and rely on us into the wild. Well olive is so lucky and you have great taste in names 😂

yesss to everything you said! bunnies are super intelligent and need a lot of space and room. from their enclosures to diet, there’s a lot of misinformation and so it’s really important to do thorough research :)) they’re really one of the best, most fulfilling pets anyone can have

I always have tv on for my dogs so they feel less alone. It’s a distraction. Also I have wild bunnies in my yard that I feed. I love them so much! One day I think I have to get my own bunny !🐰 ❤️
Your bunnies seem to have chewed some of that carpet etc. You should be careful as they obviously shouldn't ingest it, maybe just place a rug or tiles over the edges
They are the fluffiest chewing machines ever but you can take measures not to allow them anything they can chew that they shouldn’t ingest. It took me two years of trial and error to get my pixies cage fully chew proof but it is possible!

Hi! Just a pet suggestion, try getting land hermit crabs, they are really cool to care for. I have been taking care of them for 1 1/2 years. Really recommend. Cool videos. Just discovered you today and can't stop watching XD. I don't own reptiles but i always wanted one. Probably never will until i move in to my own place. I'm far from that. Stay cool! Love ur vids. You should let your rabbits free roam the whole room. It's a good enclosure but it's not enough space for two rabbits to live in. Rabbits can even live free roam in the whole house like cats or dogs. Btw ferrets are predators to rabbits so you shouldn't keep rabbits and ferrets in the same room

That rug and puzzle mats are not safe for them, you can clearly see that they are ingesting it and that's not safe, rabbit's diggestive sistem is super delicate, they can have a blockage or go into gi stasis
I know you have ferrets too and I just got a bunny. What is the best ways to keep bunnies from being too stressed from other animals? I keep the ferrets in different rooms but I worry about the smell.

Kristen did say she emptied it out every morning, which seems to suggest to me that the rabbits are getting more than enough hay each day because it isn't all eaten. I could be wrong and this could be first thing in the morning and the rabbits might be starving after an hour or two, but I've just noticed there often seems to be comments criticising something that is based on an assumption rather than what is actually said/shown. Sorry to jump on your 2 comments, I know you were just making comments and not being critical, but it just struck me that it seems to happen quite a lot on this channel and it has possibly happened here too.

I suggest making a diy hay bag, I made one for my bunny 🐰 and it’s amazing 😉! I am pretty sure it wastes less hay 😅 my bunny 🐰 also likes to pee on his hay and waste it so maybe that would be helpful for you & your rabbits 🐇 all you need is command hooks, (or something to hang it with) a tote bag, and something to cut holes in it with, like a box 📦 cutter 🙂 Lennon the bunny 🐰 made a video on how to make it 😉
For litter boxes go buy some busboy dish tubs, we use them and they’re cheap like 5 bucks and last forever, for hay I’d suggest a hanging wire hopper that keeps it out of the litter box and dry. To keep my floor clean I built a similar structure but I attached a hardwood ply floor to keep the mess contained and use old blankets that get washed every week and let’s them have plenty of traction. Pretty decent setup you’ve got there.

They shouldn’t ingest wood either - but yes they chew absolutely everything. They chew rugs up too!

The bird toy they don't play with is too high up for them, maybe lower it a tad! They are spoiled little luvmonkeys! I luv it!!

It depends how quickly I’m trying to do everything but generally 1.5 hours in the morning and then a few more hours scattered throughout the day!

My ferrets aren’t litter trained in the LEAST. And no, rabbits definitely need more space 24/7 than ferrets. Ferrets are awake 3-6 hours a day.
