March of 2024 I ordered a 2024 F-150, 157" wheel base Power Boost, 302a package, mobile office package, tow/ haul package, trailer tow mirrors, and bed utility package. MSRP $62,935. Just built and priced the same configuration in a 2025 model. MSRP $68060. Looks for the first time in years I will be pricing a GM pickup. Come on Ford this is nuts increasing the same truck $5125 in one model year.
@josephdan2850 Have spoken with Ford representatives concerning the pricing as well as other issues with the 14th generation F-150. Including buggy software, Sync 4 problems, and so forth. Even now, with the ability to provide feedback through Sync itself, I wonder if anyone at Ford even listens. Some of the same issues I had on my 21 still exist on my 24. Ford seems to understand raising prices but is unable to understand how to improve quality.
@Long McArthur, I have discovered something when doing build and price and I don’t know if it’s an error in the website or if it’s another change made by Ford for 2025. When building a ‘25 F-150 Lariat you can’t combine 5.0, 3.73 max tow, and the 6.5 bed. It forces you to the 5.5 bed. You can however build a ‘24 with that combination. Any thoughts?
I am looking to special order a 2025 Ford Raptor R to my exact specifications and am hoping to do so. I have heard so many nightmare stories about trying to do this with all the SoCal dealerships charging way over MSRP and it is really discouraging as it makes this truck seem unattainable, even though I would not need to finance the vehicle but I do not want to be taken advantage of. Been watching and really enjoying your videos and I might very well be contacting you guys after I look into the dealers in my area.
We have set prices on ordering a Raptor R and will only be receiving 3 for 2025 model year. That is probably why you are seeing over MSRP pricing on them in your area. I'm sure they are limited on how many they will be receiving.
I have the 2018 F150 STX, my complain is the head lights. Soooo terrible! can not see 10 & 2 o'clock making it dangerous at night. i can not go test drive at night for this sooooo what is the solution for my next f150?
@@longmcarthurford OK, when you go to build a 2024 F150, it was a standalone option on the King Ranch but now I can’t find it listed anywhere when you build a 25. Also doesn’t show it in the picture where previously when you build a 2024 and clicked max reclining seats it would update it in the interior picture.
So if they got rid of the combination exterior keypad for 2025 and have it as a dealer installed option is the dealer still going to install it as a hardwired keypad the same as it always has been or would it be a stick on that requires a battery to be replaced every three years?
@@longmcarthurford thank you for your feedback, and that case at this point it’s probably not worth getting the keypad because I wouldn’t want to be in a situation camping or something and leave my keys in the truck on purpose to rely on the keypad and some places when you’re in the mountains, you don’t have service to use the app.
@djg1028 There are so many variables to get an accurate time-line. Dealer allocation has some plus right now they are having issues with getting heads up Display. I would go ahead and order now and hours to see it around first of the year.
XL order guide now shows 8-way power driver seat for 103A, but it’s missing from the web config site. Power seat was only on the hybrid for job-2 2024. Mistake?
8 way power driver seat, Dual zone climate, and buckets with console are only available on the 104A (fleet only) on the 2025 order guide. 8 way power driver seat is available as an option on the 101A and 103A with fleet vehicles. Not available for retail or stock orders.
Usually MultiContour seats means massaging seats. But Ford does spell out on the Platinum that it has Active Motion which is massaging seats. That description is not listed on the King Ranch. I will try to get clarification on that. I have many questions for the Brand Manager about other items. I will see if I can get this answered as well.
Do you know, for certain, will the 2025 F150 Tremor come with the hybrid Powerboost engine as an option? A couple youtubers have referenced they heard it will. I would love that. Thanks. If the answer is no, I may go for the 2025 Platinum Plus with the Powerboost, and see what I can do after market to make it a bit more off road capabile, maybe level/lift and 35's and some improved shocks and coils or something. Any suggestions if that is the case? I've heard the FX4 package falls well short of the Tremor in this regard, and also loses the dampener shocks. But if I'm going to upgrade the shocks and springs and maybe other suspension stuff maybe that doesn't matter, and I'd still gain the skid plates.
The keypad is the most used thing on my truck. They need to return it as a factory installed item. I don’t want a dealer taking my new truck apart to install and then charging for it.
If you're in the market, prices are going down on 24s now even though they just got them on the lot a few months ago 😂. Got a 24 XLT TX edition last month loaded out for 49

All I want to know is what mechanically has changed. So far all I know compared to my 2022 they now make all the trucks with the bigger gas tank and changed the frame for that possibly making it weaker and putting and bigger standard screen in it which you can’t watch a video or do anything on so it doesn’t matter how big or small it is

They want you to pay for their EV's that they can't sell. GM is definitely priced better and I think their middle trim interiors are better than Ford.

Only the F150 Lightning has invoice and MSRP the same. There has always been a markup from invoice to MSRP on the F150.
The Ford "build and price" page still has the V8 listed as the base for the 2025 XL regular cab. The base is now the 2.7 Eco Boost.
