Sending some love to one of my favorite vegan chefs.
I don't remember if I've commented before, but I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your (frequently) low cost and relatively easy to make recipes (as I am ill [rare, genetic illness], disabled , and on SSDI from it). Your sweet personality always makes me smile too :D Looking forward to your next video, and wishing you the best

Hi Chef Jana , that looks really delicious. I was cleaning out My freezer recently and had Red Grapes , Banana Peels ( Thank You very much ! 😍 ) and frozen Eggplant and I made this really delicious Indian Curry out of It. I was thinking the French ultilize Grapes in their cooking .. Turned out delicious. I highly recommend too . Thank You , I want to try this one too . Now I have to try to make Vegan Feta . Im also looking for a Vegan hard Parmaesan recipe. 🩷🤍

🤍🩷 Hi Chef Jana🤚Thank You , I forgot It wasnt the Eggplant I ultilizd , It was Swede , the Red Grapes ... I dont know If It was a " Swedish Turnip " or a
" Ruttebaga " apparently confusing . Both Veggies appear similiar , I purchased the Tawny to Purplish bottom outer , kind of spicy Turnip ?? One is Spicer than the other " , kind of a Yellow ( in London ) , Cream Color Squash Potato texture. The first time cooking and I froze some left over , that was the other thing I put in the Curry . I learned about " Swede " ( probably referring to Swedish Turnip ? ) when in London a few Years ago . I very much highly recommend this Vegetable to try if You havent allready , especially for this interesting rare Curry recipe.
... And the Banana Peels , left over in the freezer too , turned out really Good 🤍🩷
... And now recalling in this recipe , the best I had Tofu ( in a Curry ) I added a little tiny bit of Marmite ( very potent , a little goes a long way . Like Better than Bouillon. Vegemite I think is the Gf version ) Very Flavorfull and Nutrious , It really Upped the finale of the Dish. I highly recommend this too
