Hey thanks Mitch:) I definitely need to give more love to locks and rogues. I actually mained rogue back in the OG wrath and I'm also considering leveling my 70 lock and playing it in Wrath, not sure yet. But will definitely make something specific for them
Hey Apex, love the videos! I was wondering about preg during season 5, are they viable? Playable? I'm trying to coordinate with my friends but have no idea how to gear up as preg during Season 5.

Great infomation. Love to hear that Enhance and ret/Preg with Disc Priest work good. The shaman you play with, how does he spec when you play together :)
I will make a Preg/Enhance specific guide once wrath is here since that will likely be my main comp! And I might even play an enhance shaman and make a guide on that. I cover the enhance talents in my shaman talent video from a few months ago:)

We are on season 8 now and I'm trying to play Vanguards with 2 friends (I'm the priest + unholy + retri) is better preg or retri for this comp?
what's the main idea of the comp? there is no CC at all and some comps are able to destroy me in few seconds, like TSG or Turbo
what's the main target for our comp? do we kill a dps? healer using grip? prio protecting me and wait for a miracle fear...?

heyyy i was already playing unholy dk and my hunter... i was gonan settle with h pal for my third but i think i rcently fell in love with enh shaman.. the insane burst and utllity and having decent survivbility draws me toward it... i know its worst outta 3 sham specs but it seems still A tier with the right comps.. this game is all about fun right! also i can always go ele later xpac... but is enh pretty simple easy to get into like the dk? and easy to gear with lack of pve gear? and lwo skill ceiling and would u consider them really fun?
It's not bad at all. I don't even know if saying it's the worst of the 3 is true. All 3 specs are very good. I think enhance is a little harder than DK but it's not as hard to gear as like warrior/hunter/rogue. It's a great choice and I think they're very fun, I might make one too!
Missed that video. Very interesting ! I'm curious about preg. Could you tell us more about gear ? A full pvp set is very good or you need some PVE gear ?

Hey there, out of shadow priest, mm hunt and ret, which class is easier to play in 2s and 3s?
SP and ret are close imo in skill level. Hunter (mm+survival) in particular are extremely difficult
How would a preg and prot warrior do ?

Ret is far better than just viable:) Preg is amazing but in certain comps Ret is as good or better. I think ret/hunt is the clearest example where imo ret is a bit better than preg. Ret is just great in general though for pvp/1v1s/etc certainly not even close to being bad

Very strong comp especially early. I think you can easily play _either_ I know a rogue who hit glad as Sub/Ret but this was S8. If you can manage to get the betrayer of humanity I'd go ret, otherwise likely preg
Yo man so as enh/preg in 2s what do you do against dk/healer teams or dk teams. Are they good kill targets?
DK healer teams aren't too bad for the most part. I think enhance/preg has an edge against all dk/healer variants. They tend tend to just train the healer, force cooldowns while living through the DK. Kill gargoyle the second it comes up. The DK is very hard to kill, rarely go on them besides when a pally bubbles for instance.
With a rogue partner (in 2s), would you recommend going RET or PREG?
That is a tough one I think either work very well. I know a glad rogue who got it with his pally playing ret. But this was in S8, I think for S5 preg possibly is better. Either way you will need a healer weapon for both so both options will be available.
What gear do you use as preg? ret gear with a healing wep or can you play it with holy gear?
I'm making that guide as we speak which will cover all of that and more:)
Why every1 says that hunt is arp dependent when homerjay the best hunter known in 3.3.5 wrote a guide for disc/mm vs war/pal long ago on on warmane server forum where he clearly states that agility is better than arp for hunter for couple of reasons.
Not sure. Last I saw Homerjay(who is amazing) had a lot of arp both on his seasonal toon as well as s8. It's less valuable early for sure (like S5). Pve gear at it's root is what hunters need the most.

It's just a combination of a bunch of addons, I've never used anything like elvui. Are you referring to the 2 arcs in the middle? If so that's IceHud. X-perl is used for the frames and now I'm trying Luna on wotlk classic.

You know playing it at first I had the same thought. But that is really an oversimplification, it's quite a fun spec to play. But to each their own

They're both okay. Not the greatest but certainly worse comps

No it's only good when you are talking damage. So other then like casual dungeons/heroics it's not good in pve

I don't think it's that great personally which is why it wasn't included. It feels like a lot of comps can just run it over in particular PHD/TSG
@@apexanalysis8348 well, it may sound weird, but it is one of the ultimate comps to deal with melee cleaves when having some problems with the casters. I dont remember but one of the latest circle tournaments showed it when the guys had just melee stuff in their bracket. At the same time i do understand your sceptitism, just wanted to mention
Yeah it could very well be strong, in my experience playing it and against it in solo q (which of course isn't structured) it always felt terrible. But very soon the meta will start to unfold and I will be covering everything:)
Preg is not a viable option atm for horde atleast since you can dispell Seal of Corruption. But you cant dispell the alliance one ( Seal of Vengeance ). Iam the only one reporting this it seems cause noone seems to care when i report or even post on the forums.
Even if it's true it will only be temporary and Preg just get's stronger once you have the full 80 talent points available + higher crit. Preg can just use righteousness seal for now if that isn't fixed
