Astral Fish Ghost Band ver. (Build-up-down)

- The Deep Hallow Hollerers (Astral Band) beg your forgiveness to perform an exceedingly long rendition of a very short tune, once again backed up by the Zombie Band and the Phantom Five. This one has an almost carnivalesque feel to it.
The base tune is actually only 52 seconds, so I can only apologize to anyone annoyed by my finished product's length. The tune has but the two distinct halves, and all 15 possible combinations of the 4 base instruments make their presence known at least once in each half. Including the percussion section, all 30 total possible combinations are also present (a first!), though not necessarily for each half, so count yourselves lucky I didn't make you suffer through all 60 possible appearances for a 52 second melody!
We're nearly finished now. I hope to have Train out before the New Year!

The tuba invites you to take a peep,
The accordion compels you into bed to leap,
The saxophone draws you in too deep,
And the violin takes your soul to keep,
While the percussion with the Astral Fishes makes you sleep.
"The tuba invites you to take a peep, The accordion compels you into bed to leap, The saxophone draws you in too deep, And the violin takes your soul to keep, While the percussion with the Astral Fishes makes you sleep." beautifully said!
Hey someone actually read them! :)
@TieDef
The tuba summons the ancestral demons of your soul.
The saxophone’s tune bounces in your skull.
The accordion rises like a dark voice from a hole.
The percussion makes your skeleton dance to the call.
The violin’s heartstrings bring yours to the Alley Astral.
The tuba makes you dig like a mole.
The saxophone forces you down the hole.
The accordion away your freedom stole.
And the violin extracts a heavy toll,
But the percussion seals you in with the Astral Town Coal.
The tuba worms deep into your brain,
But the violin mollifies your pain,
While the saxophone turns dark like a blood stain,
And the accordion makes you question whether you are sane,
As the percussion takes you away for a ride on the Astral Train.
The tuba invites you to take a peep,
The accordion compels you into bed to leap,
The saxophone draws you in too deep,
And the violin takes your soul to keep,
While the percussion with the Astral Fishes makes you sleep.
copied-pasted everything
astral fish represents the great flood described in the beginning half of the game, for those who didn't know
I never thought about it that way
It can also represent all the sacrifices drowned into the abyss as per the interpretation done by lemonlight crew
The town's had several floods--multiple are mentioned throughout the game, and when Mae comments on the foolishness of building a graveyard in a place known for sinkholes, Bea responds that it's also a bad idea to build a town in a flood-prone area.
Man I miss NITW. But this is just a lovely version of the song.
I love the images chosen for the additional instruments.
In Spanish:
La tuba te invita a observar,
El acordeón te obliga hacia tu cama saltar,
El saxofón te atraerá,
Y el violín a tu alma mantendrá,
Mientras que la persecución con los "Peces Astrales" (Astral Fishes) dormir te hará.
Wow, I...I can't believe you translated something I wrote. Thank you. Probably this is affecting me out of all proportion, but no one has ever done that for me before.
Well, it’s not That big a feat when you have Google Translate to hand.
The instruments are in such complete harmony and it makes me so happy, I love this so much!
I love how the violin kicks in occasionally, over the other instruments, but doesn't completely take over, stepping down after a while or matching/syncing with the rest of the band, not sticking out for too long!
Also maybe this is just me, but personally around 1:44 I kind of feel like theirs underlying lyrics... what I hear is:
"...Dance! Dance through the night, come and see our world of misery and fright. Please take easy, there is no need to hide, (for we will guide you), through our hidden world(Trust us please!). Dance! Dance through the night and you will see that there is absolutely nothing to fear.(because we are here) we will show you..."
Then I lose the lyrics after 2:10
Again maybe that's just me.
You're peering through the curtain now! It's a beautifully liminal space, but be careful you don't fall headlong through to the other side.
This is utterly beautiful!
Ive been trying to sing tycho's lyrics over the section given, back i haven't been able to get it to fit. How do the lyrics fit?

I forgot about this for a while but thank you for reminding me this song existed, I remember this part.
It's when the Violin jumped in, loud and abruptly, but still in tune. Where the first "Dance!" was, the rest of lyrics kind of follow the Violins tune... probably why couldn't internally hear more.
@@tychotheyokaiguy77 Using 3:29 as a base so it's mostly just the violin (the tuba comes in half way thru), I still can't quite fit the lyrics. I hear where "Dance! Dance through the night!" and "Dance! Dance through the night and you will see" very clearly, But the part of "come and see our world of misery and fright. Please take easy" sounds either too fast to actually be singable or the beats of "misery and fright" and "Please take easy" overlap. and it seems there isn't enough time afterwards before the second "Dance! Dance through the night!" line for the lines "There is no need to hide, (for we will guide you), through our hidden world (Trust us please!)". What part do the parenthetical lyrics follow?
Could you please describe how the beats are supposed to sung or fit to the melody of the violin?
This is my favourite part of the soundtrack
this is my favourite astral tune, and i was hoping someone would have made something like this. thank you!
I only wanted to do Alley, but people wouldn't leave me be, lol. Glad you liked it though. :)
Very good. You make wonderful remixes. Good luck to your next project!
Thanks very much. Be sure that what I upload next will be totally unrelated, lol.
I was hoping you’d do this one! One of the best songs!!!
This is just amazing.
Thank you Alec
Lovely!
I used this OST for my Lovecraft inspired Pathfinder adventure.
aaaaaa how did i let this one slip past me?
You got it faster than I did, I've known about these since they were released but never watched this one until now!

yaaaaaaaaaaaaas
RIP Alec. I can't claim to have known you, but to have had your dream crushed by a single tweet must have left you in a very dark place. I hope wherever you are now is brighter.
**looks at the like/dislike counter**
Perfectly balanced. as all things should be.
Aged like already bad milk.
If you were talking about the like to dislike ratio before it was hidden, I’m not sure how this would be a mix of the two in any way. The dislike bar would probably only be a small stub in comparison to the immense like bar.
Any idea when you will do astral train?
We can not just leave, I have some fear
Astral train?
They did that one already.
Кстати крокодил похож на Биатрис .Может это её мама?
