Do you know what the benefit of the downward slant is? I've been interested in this exercise since someone recommended it for knee rehab, but no video has really explained what the benefit of the angle is. Thanks.
FalloutBreakbeat yup. Elevating the heel gives you more ankle dorsiflexion. Think about Weightlifting shoes with the high heel. Same thing. It makes it easier to train the knee over the toe
@@IanMarkow Yeah, the adjustments to my ankle seem to extend their effects across my whole leg. It's interesting. I will give it a go for a month and see what changes. Thanks man.
In general strengthening the structures around the knee would help. As always being assessed by a professional is the best move for specific considerations
