    Hey Ian, great vids this week. Would you say the IR/ER hip progression would go 1. CARS, then 2. 90/90 then onto various troubleshooting hip/knee FRC exercises (like this video) to improve specifics? Thanks.

    Can v do pails and rails for HIP IR in hip extension position as well? Whts the reason to chose hip flexion 🤔 only ?

      yes you can do it anywhere, anytime, with any intent you want.
