Tyler, interesting video. I have a quick story that might relate what you talked about in spirituallity/ high or low vibration energy/ how much we "don't know". I recently have had a bit of a paradigm shift from what seems to be from low to high vibration energy or coming out of a bout of depression. With that being said, the other night before I went to bed, a feeling of peace came over me (I know, sounds cliche) and soon after I had a feeling in my gut and a voice in my head that told me "something bad would happen soon". I kept thinking about this voice in my head and the same thoughts that "something bad would happen" repeated multiple times. The next morning I woke up to the news of the shooting in vegas. I quickly remembered the voice in my head from the previous night, and I was amazed that my intuition came true. I have been thinking about this ever since. It almost seemed like a window or a spiritual insight window came to me during the shift from low to high vibration energy (just speculation I have after watching your video) that allowed me to forecast the shooting. Not sure how this happened and it could of just been coincidence but, I can't make this stuff up. I rarely have clear intuitions like this. Pretty interesting stuff. Let me know what you think! Low vibration energy comes to you, with high vibration energy you have to go to it. default is to be out of shape, if you want to get in shape you do the right things. default is negative thoughts, if you want positive thoughts you have to go towards them. when you surrender to high vibration, i think is like a radio, you are doing everything that you can to get that signal (doing the emotionally dificult things) from the noise(doing the easy, low quality things). 1:08:22 "they call that surrender where you say, I am going to align with the high vibration energy to the point that it is me"

My friend was shot in the head on the same date as last year's NYC "Rabbit Hole" Hotseat event. The night of her vicious end happened in 2013 and I have not gone a day without thinking of it and her and what it all is. There are so many factors. Domestic violence. Boy friend. Thug. Circumstance. Low Vibrational Coping. That's a deeper reason why that Hotseat event was so cathartic, because of how much we touched on death-awareness and "coming back to life", not wasting the value of this short experience. Though I wouldn't dare share a detail like that in "Feminist Reveals Shocking Truth About PUA Seminar", because it's much too vulnerable to share with 150k+ people (and trolls lol) I've gone through tremendous spectrums when reflecting on her life and her death. I could write another several dozen paragraphs articulating some of those insights and reflections, but not now. What I will say, is that even though this has brought about a lot of PAIN in not just my life but the myriad of folk from communities she influenced, the reason I deliberately meditate on thoughts of her and what she symbolizes is because of how EASY it is to FORGET. I can be walking to work, feeling bummed about working my basic job, feeling tired, petty, cars are honking, shut the fuck up already - and then bam... Time to think about that friend. My mind becomes SILENT. Since 2013, as I've gotten older, I've gotten BETTER at quickly catching myself fall into these low vibrational patterns, and getting out before it can eat me alive. Though I was only 18 in 2013, and very much a "kid", I found the best way to TAKE THE POWER back from that gory event of this amazing person's end of life, is to carry her influence and grace on with me, while I am still here. To not take for granted what I do have. Some people would think that reflecting on a young murdered woman once a day is a morbid way to live, maybe it is, but then how does this exercise always bring me the most presence and an ability to be oozing with gratitude and ease? Way more than thinking about money in the bank, my new iPhone7, the views on my vids, whether or not Julien or Owen read this whole comment... I enjoyed this video quite a lot. I wasn't sure at first, but you guys cracked into a flow as you relaxed into the topic. I think a mission of mine is to keep sharing these same perspectives, much of which I learned from RSD, become MUCH more articulate (your ability to share a message amazes me, but I know I can get there and MORE with hard work), and gently pump it back out into more communities, as the concept of choosing to NOT feed into low vibrational shit is something that has easily saved my life a few dozen times - and I want this for everyone, as romantic and hopeful as that sounds. RSD will always be the OG who taught me these lessons! These are some of the thoughts and feelings of mortality and existence which I carry into mind-fucking RSD Hotseats. I really appreciate this video. Especially Owen talking so candidly. I feel like it's helped me get in touch with myself some more actually. I feel it's a constant struggle to keep myself doing work and create positive things, rather than giving in, being lazy and coming to dislike myself. This helps remind me that it's always a conscious choice as to whether I'm going to rise up through the pain, or whether I'm going to give in to it. It's terrifying, but I know that going through the pain is the only way to live. Appreciate you guys massively.
This video is really amazing, before finding out about you guys I found out about meditation so as negative as I can get sometimes.. there’s always been that high energy at times that has pushed me towards real ness instead of materialistic pleasures of life.. it’s been 1 year and around 6 months since I’ve known about you guys and i gotta to say that my energy has changed a lot and I am more present to the moment than ever before by coming to a lot of realization of what you guys usually talk abou(high caunsiousness). I've completely resonated with this as I've done with many of your videos. But what's different about this one is that it's been something I've been thinking about recently but could not have put it into words as well as you both have. I appreciate your energy to bring this to light because it shows how you handle things inside of you that makes us relate more with your stories. I think it's very fitting for you guys to discuss this and considering social dynamics and it shows that your company is focused on more than just getting girls and self-development but on harmony and existence between humans. I've been in both places Tyler and Julien talk about. Was being picked on constantly as a kid. Got into the whole self improvement thing, but I used low vibration energy to propel me forward. I've got gains in the gym and got into a nice university, while also doing game. But I was doing all of this to "get back" to all the people that picked on me. This made me very anxious and unhappy. Recently I've managed to understand and live in high vibration energy. Now it's not about me being the coolest, strongest dude that also fucks the most bitches. It's about enjoying my limited time on this earth while making it so the people around me enjoy it too. Now all the things that I've been hustling so hard for that often brought me to exhaustion seem to just come naturally. But how do you get there? For me it was realising that none of this shit surrounding us really matters anyways. You, me, all of us are going to be forgotten in the end, and this brings you the luxury to treat life as what it is - an experience. Forgive those who fucked you over, and forget about being cool. Just enjoy the playground that we've all been placed in, and share a laugh with everyone around you. Best of luck bro!

I think I am in a unique position because I've always had a really tough life psychologically and have been a loner and outcast in some ways. However. This has driven me to do good and be good. Its almost like a challenge to me wherein no matter how much the negativity in the world tries to destroy me I keep fighting back. I've struggled with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and still I feel as though the " devil ain't gettin his way" . You just gotta fight for good man. Love does exist. Even if you can't feel it anymore. I still see it. Whay y'all are doing is out of love I think man.
I appreciate that video. I went through a tough time this year. Nothing really bad happened besides a little accident earlier this year from which I recovered pretty fast, but I was just so depressed all of a sudden. I turned 35 and I feel like I lost my youth. It's kind of true even though I'm not that old. It's just that now I'm not a young adult anymore, I'm an adult that will get a just bit older every year. And I see people getting older around me not only my personal circle, people in the spotlight as well. I question my life and question what the purpose of all this is and what I should do. How much time is left? How will it be when you once die? When your parents and family die? I just looking for answers, but I don't feel anybody has the full picture. I don't think that's even possible and I also feel like the universe doesn't want you to know everything at this point. It might robs the point of all this. I really enjoy your take of you both on how you approach these subject matters. In my own research I stumbled across many stubborn people that have really strong beliefs on their opinions and don't seem very open to new ideas. It doesn't matter if it's religious, spiritual people or naturalists and atheists. They all seem very closed minded in their world view. I think the truth is somewhere in the middle and I like that you approach these subjects with a logical and rational mind, but be also open for a spiritual and emotional look at things.

hey guys, I've used to follow your videos for a long time and wanted to share some things I've found since I found this video interesting. I've had the opportunity to live in LA and other countries around the world such as Australia- and I can definitely relate to some of the phenomenon you guys mention, including the echo chamber thing as well as 'getting' the psychology of those people in really dark places...I also get what you guys described as 'energy wanting to spread'. I think that these phenomena should be described using psychological terms grounded in an anthropological or biological understanding of the human animal, in other words, using solid science to structure a description of the phenomenon. But that being said I completely understand what you are describing even though I feel like I have to listen with a filter every time to avoid being drawn in to your guys' metaphysical thought experiments and what ifs. Anyway, the way I see it is our internal structures of self, others, and the world in general requires ourselves to act in a certain way that is congruent with this internal model, otherwise we feel negative emotions and thus we are drawn to others sharing the same 'reality'. Others that don't share this reality (they live in another mental model) will behave according to their reality, and thus there will be a difference in general behavior and different 'camps' of people. Society cannot function healthily without some shared reality, and that is what I think is the general problem of American society as a whole.

It's so sad whenever anyone feels so bad that they just want to end it all. From what I've learned in social psychology, human behaviour can be influenced by so many different factors it's incredible. For instance, seeing or hearing or reading the media telling you about a suicide is likely to push someone who is unsure over the edge, roughly a week after the news is published. In fact, it was estimated that when someone kills themselves and it's published in the media, a week later about 38x as many people will die, from suicide. They even correlated single-person suicides to 38x more single-person suicides a week later, and multiple-person suicides caused 38x as many multiple-person suicides exactly one week later. So if a pilot saw a person go on a 10man killing spree, one week later, that pilot was extremely likely to crash the plane. Weird.. it was called the Social Proof principle. Anyways, It's very sad.. because all of a sudden now we realize that the media literally has that much influence over people that it can push someone to kill themselves when they are confused about life! This study was covered in the book Influence by Robert R. Cialdini. Again, thanks for the video and I'm sorry for your loss. Julien, you covered a very important emotional part of social dynamics and it was helpful hearing your input.

Yeah man. This is such a touchy subject. Where do I start...okay, first off, I've always been an empathetic person, more than the average individual. I recently have been moving through some personal family issues in which my father neglected my needs and coerced me into going into school. My family could not understand my emotional needs and when I brought it up for some reason they attacked me and intimidated me when I told them that going to school didn't feel right. They couldn't understand my point of view so they used intimidation as tactics for me to comply (they threatened me by saying they would kick me out of the house if I dropped out of school). It was fucking tough because I was strapped financially at that time and really didn't want to go to school and I eventually stuck with it even though I was so fucking depressed being their. Long stoey short, my mind was so fucking cut off from my emotions because I experienced a trauma of betrayal. I had to literally cut off my emotional feelings in orser to survive. It was brutal getting out of it and I wouldn't be surprised if this man went through something similar. People go through some horrific shit and most of it comes from extremly dysfunctional ways of parenting children even though I wasn't a child I was most definatly treated like one. It was one hell of a shit storm.
Really brave of you two to explain your view on evil. I like to consider "evil" killers as counterbalances to future losses of life and harm. For instance-look at the religions, laws, and philosophies that have come about in response to massive fear and horror. After many similar tragedies, evil helped society become more conscious, evil helped society become more safe overall, and evil helped society become less susceptible to larger, more consistent tragic experiences. If 100% safety and pleasure was possible at all times, evil wouldn't exist. Everything would be still. Low and high vibration would cease.
I resonate with extremely depressive heavy music and films. Love death metal but I'm still happy 99% of the time and I always get out of a depression quite easily.

Tyler, interesting video. I have a quick story that might relate what you talked about in spirituallity/ high or low vibration energy/ how much we "don't know". I recently have had a bit of a paradigm shift from what seems to be from low to high vibration energy or coming out of a bout of depression. With that being said, the other night before I went to bed, a feeling of peace came over me (I know, sounds cliche) and soon after I had a feeling in my gut and a voice in my head that told me "something bad would happen soon". I kept thinking about this voice in my head and the same thoughts that "something bad would happen" repeated multiple times. The next morning I woke up to the news of the shooting in vegas. I quickly remembered the voice in my head from the previous night, and I was amazed that my intuition came true. I have been thinking about this ever since. It almost seemed like a window or a spiritual insight window came to me during the shift from low to high vibration energy (just speculation I have after watching your video) that allowed me to forecast the shooting. Not sure how this happened and it could of just been coincidence but, I can't make this stuff up. I rarely have clear intuitions like this. Pretty interesting stuff. Let me know what you think!

default is to be out of shape, if you want to get in shape you do the right things.
default is negative thoughts, if you want positive thoughts you have to go towards them.
when you surrender to high vibration, i think is like a radio, you are doing everything that you can to get that signal (doing the emotionally dificult things) from the noise(doing the easy, low quality things).

My friend was shot in the head on the same date as last year's NYC "Rabbit Hole" Hotseat event. The night of her vicious end happened in 2013 and I have not gone a day without thinking of it and her and what it all is. There are so many factors. Domestic violence. Boy friend. Thug. Circumstance. Low Vibrational Coping. That's a deeper reason why that Hotseat event was so cathartic, because of how much we touched on death-awareness and "coming back to life", not wasting the value of this short experience. Though I wouldn't dare share a detail like that in "Feminist Reveals Shocking Truth About PUA Seminar", because it's much too vulnerable to share with 150k+ people (and trolls lol)
I've gone through tremendous spectrums when reflecting on her life and her death. I could write another several dozen paragraphs articulating some of those insights and reflections, but not now.
What I will say, is that even though this has brought about a lot of PAIN in not just my life but the myriad of folk from communities she influenced, the reason I deliberately meditate on thoughts of her and what she symbolizes is because of how EASY it is to FORGET.
I can be walking to work, feeling bummed about working my basic job, feeling tired, petty, cars are honking, shut the fuck up already - and then bam... Time to think about that friend. My mind becomes SILENT. Since 2013, as I've gotten older, I've gotten BETTER at quickly catching myself fall into these low vibrational patterns, and getting out before it can eat me alive.
Though I was only 18 in 2013, and very much a "kid", I found the best way to TAKE THE POWER back from that gory event of this amazing person's end of life, is to carry her influence and grace on with me, while I am still here. To not take for granted what I do have. Some people would think that reflecting on a young murdered woman once a day is a morbid way to live, maybe it is, but then how does this exercise always bring me the most presence and an ability to be oozing with gratitude and ease? Way more than thinking about money in the bank, my new iPhone7, the views on my vids, whether or not Julien or Owen read this whole comment...
I enjoyed this video quite a lot. I wasn't sure at first, but you guys cracked into a flow as you relaxed into the topic. I think a mission of mine is to keep sharing these same perspectives, much of which I learned from RSD, become MUCH more articulate (your ability to share a message amazes me, but I know I can get there and MORE with hard work), and gently pump it back out into more communities, as the concept of choosing to NOT feed into low vibrational shit is something that has easily saved my life a few dozen times - and I want this for everyone, as romantic and hopeful as that sounds. RSD will always be the OG who taught me these lessons!

I really appreciate this video. Especially Owen talking so candidly. I feel like it's helped me get in touch with myself some more actually. I feel it's a constant struggle to keep myself doing work and create positive things, rather than giving in, being lazy and coming to dislike myself.
This helps remind me that it's always a conscious choice as to whether I'm going to rise up through the pain, or whether I'm going to give in to it. It's terrifying, but I know that going through the pain is the only way to live.

This video is really amazing, before finding out about you guys I found out about meditation so as negative as I can get sometimes.. there’s always been that high energy at times that has pushed me towards real ness instead of materialistic pleasures of life.. it’s been 1 year and around 6 months since I’ve known about you guys and i gotta to say that my energy has changed a lot and I am more present to the moment than ever before by coming to a lot of realization of what you guys usually talk abou(high caunsiousness). Also, I have to say what you’re describing is actually something that goes over normal ppl’s head and no matter what you do.. all you can do is either feed it or stay away from it because talking to them about spiritual growth is kinda like talking to a wall because you can literally sense in their energy that they’re waiting for their own turn to speak out their opinion.

I think it's very fitting for you guys to discuss this and considering social dynamics and it shows that your company is focused on more than just getting girls and self-development but on harmony and existence between humans. I've been in both places Tyler and Julien talk about.
Was being picked on constantly as a kid. Got into the whole self improvement thing, but I used low vibration energy to propel me forward. I've got gains in the gym and got into a nice university, while also doing game. But I was doing all of this to "get back" to all the people that picked on me.
This made me very anxious and unhappy.
Recently I've managed to understand and live in high vibration energy. Now it's not about me being the coolest, strongest dude that also fucks the most bitches. It's about enjoying my limited time on this earth while making it so the people around me enjoy it too.
Now all the things that I've been hustling so hard for that often brought me to exhaustion seem to just come naturally.
But how do you get there? For me it was realising that none of this shit surrounding us really matters anyways. You, me, all of us are going to be forgotten in the end, and this brings you the luxury to treat life as what it is - an experience.
Forgive those who fucked you over, and forget about being cool. Just enjoy the playground that we've all been placed in, and share a laugh with everyone around you.

I think I am in a unique position because I've always had a really tough life psychologically and have been a loner and outcast in some ways. However. This has driven me to do good and be good. Its almost like a challenge to me wherein no matter how much the negativity in the world tries to destroy me I keep fighting back. I've struggled with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and still I feel as though the " devil ain't gettin his way" . You just gotta fight for good man. Love does exist. Even if you can't feel it anymore. I still see it. Whay y'all are doing is out of love I think man.
I appreciate that video. I went through a tough time this year. Nothing really bad happened besides a little accident earlier this year from which I recovered pretty fast, but I was just so depressed all of a sudden. I turned 35 and I feel like I lost my youth. It's kind of true even though I'm not that old. It's just that now I'm not a young adult anymore, I'm an adult that will get a just bit older every year. And I see people getting older around me not only my personal circle, people in the spotlight as well. I question my life and question what the purpose of all this is and what I should do. How much time is left? How will it be when you once die? When your parents and family die? I just looking for answers, but I don't feel anybody has the full picture. I don't think that's even possible and I also feel like the universe doesn't want you to know everything at this point. It might robs the point of all this. I really enjoy your take of you both on how you approach these subject matters. In my own research I stumbled across many stubborn people that have really strong beliefs on their opinions and don't seem very open to new ideas. It doesn't matter if it's religious, spiritual people or naturalists and atheists. They all seem very closed minded in their world view. I think the truth is somewhere in the middle and I like that you approach these subjects with a logical and rational mind, but be also open for a spiritual and emotional look at things.

Horrible things have gone on since the dawn of time, in all parts of the world. That energy wants to spread itself and keep us from associating with the light.

hey guys, I've used to follow your videos for a long time and wanted to share some things I've found since I found this video interesting. I've had the opportunity to live in LA and other countries around the world such as Australia- and I can definitely relate to some of the phenomenon you guys mention, including the echo chamber thing as well as 'getting' the psychology of those people in really dark places...I also get what you guys described as 'energy wanting to spread'. I think that these phenomena should be described using psychological terms grounded in an anthropological or biological understanding of the human animal, in other words, using solid science to structure a description of the phenomenon. But that being said I completely understand what you are describing even though I feel like I have to listen with a filter every time to avoid being drawn in to your guys' metaphysical thought experiments and what ifs.
Anyway, the way I see it is our internal structures of self, others, and the world in general requires ourselves to act in a certain way that is congruent with this internal model, otherwise we feel negative emotions and thus we are drawn to others sharing the same 'reality'. Others that don't share this reality (they live in another mental model) will behave according to their reality, and thus there will be a difference in general behavior and different 'camps' of people. Society cannot function healthily without some shared reality, and that is what I think is the general problem of American society as a whole.

Thanks for the video, but what can we do when we recognize the demons inside and not know how to control them, somethings it´s like I´m aware of the negaty energy inside of my and I almost feel how slow but steady take control over my slef and sudently the mos insignificat event make it explode and it´s so hard to get me out of that zone once I fall into it.

It's so sad whenever anyone feels so bad that they just want to end it all. From what I've learned in social psychology, human behaviour can be influenced by so many different factors it's incredible. For instance, seeing or hearing or reading the media telling you about a suicide is likely to push someone who is unsure over the edge, roughly a week after the news is published. In fact, it was estimated that when someone kills themselves and it's published in the media, a week later about 38x as many people will die, from suicide. They even correlated single-person suicides to 38x more single-person suicides a week later, and multiple-person suicides caused 38x as many multiple-person suicides exactly one week later. So if a pilot saw a person go on a 10man killing spree, one week later, that pilot was extremely likely to crash the plane. Weird.. it was called the Social Proof principle. Anyways, It's very sad.. because all of a sudden now we realize that the media literally has that much influence over people that it can push someone to kill themselves when they are confused about life! This study was covered in the book Influence by Robert R. Cialdini. Again, thanks for the video and I'm sorry for your loss. Julien, you covered a very important emotional part of social dynamics and it was helpful hearing your input.
15:50 that is very deep perhaps that is the motive of evil hmm... that also explains why deeply empathic people also tend to be targets of bullies. Yet not all people who suffer take their shit out on others. Especially not empaths. It seems we have two opposing forces here.
So interesting that you said that about the alcohol and drugs. I heard similar things from someone else they said your letting your guard down and letting a spirit enter and take over. So interesting.

Yeah man. This is such a touchy subject. Where do I start...okay, first off, I've always been an empathetic person, more than the average individual. I recently have been moving through some personal family issues in which my father neglected my needs and coerced me into going into school. My family could not understand my emotional needs and when I brought it up for some reason they attacked me and intimidated me when I told them that going to school didn't feel right. They couldn't understand my point of view so they used intimidation as tactics for me to comply (they threatened me by saying they would kick me out of the house if I dropped out of school). It was fucking tough because I was strapped financially at that time and really didn't want to go to school and I eventually stuck with it even though I was so fucking depressed being their. Long stoey short, my mind was so fucking cut off from my emotions because I experienced a trauma of betrayal. I had to literally cut off my emotional feelings in orser to survive. It was brutal getting out of it and I wouldn't be surprised if this man went through something similar. People go through some horrific shit and most of it comes from extremly dysfunctional ways of parenting children even though I wasn't a child I was most definatly treated like one. It was one hell of a shit storm.
Really brave of you two to explain your view on evil.
I like to consider "evil" killers as counterbalances to future losses of life and harm.
For instance-look at the religions, laws, and philosophies that have come about in response to massive fear and horror. After many similar tragedies, evil helped society become more conscious, evil helped society become more safe overall, and evil helped society become less susceptible to larger, more consistent tragic experiences.
If 100% safety and pleasure was possible at all times, evil wouldn't exist. Everything would be still. Low and high vibration would cease.
