It is a great classic show. It deserves a reboot on FOX. *My theory is they put KOTH on Hulu because they're trying to recruit old and new fans. To boost excitement and viewers for its premiere next fall.*

The most down to earth and realistic adult Cartoon for me. Still a hilarious and fun to watch show, great characters, fun stories, comedy, and artstyle Always one of my favorites over Family Guy and Simpsons because for those reasons
I could swear there was one episode where Hank’s head was in front of a Texas Cut out on the screen and it kept spinning even after “King of the Hill” appeared.
The KOTH intro has the theme song without a opening can beer sound effect in the pilot episode, while it used a opening can beer sound effect during the second episode.
Its a great show. The comedy is unique and appeals to you in a different way. KOTH has 13 seasons full of laughter as big as Texas. The shows about a propane Saleman who lives in a fictional town of Arlen with his friends and lovely wife Peggy and his son that ain't right Bobby. ****My opinion on the show******* The show is funny and has an unique style of writing to it. My favorite character is Joseph Gribble. He is the son of Dale and Nancy Gribble. But Nancy cheated on Dale with John Redcorn and had Joseph. Dale isn't his biological father. Boy, I tell you hwat this show gives true American comedy without having to have too much profanity, and relies more on actual jokes unlike some shows of today.
@@kingofthehillvids807 Well after 3 years I finally finished it. Sounds very long but it's one of the few series that I've committed for so long and for so many seasons. I loved every single season. Even 11 and 12 where they have some mixed episodes in terms of quality. Overall though, 13 seasons with more than 95% of the episodes being awesome is an incredible thing. Thanks for encouraging me to watch what is now one of my favorite tv shows of all time. I'm sure as hell I will keep rewatching it for years to come.
Guitar, the cowbell and the YEEEEEEHOOOOOU! For finale season 1 are the best brands signature for the intro, specially at the end. That's how I met the series back in my childhood
1:40 I always dreamed of this, but never imagined they'd actually do it! That bag must've had fun falling to trash can since it yelled that "yeehoo" XD
You forgot the short varient, which appears on the first episodes of Seasons 3 & 4. (and some future ones that I can't remember for some reason) Anyway, this is pretty accurate.
Something I wish they did was change what happens in the intro like after Bucky dies he doesn't pick up Luanne, after Peggy's skydiving accident, she doesn't appear and Bobby or Luanne is the one who gives Hank the trash (Also Luanne should've been in the family photo before the title, maybe after Hank starts to accepts her as family) when Lucky comes into the picture he picks up Luanne in his truck, and after they get married Lucky comes over for a beer with the boys before going away
I distinctly remember a variant where we get a close in shot of Hank’s hand holding the beer as he cracks it open. I think it was the episode immediately after the scene where the Mega-lo-Mart got itself exploded due to a propane leak thanks to dumb employees failing to close the valves on their tanks.
Wasn’t there a shorter version of the intro where the title appeared above the 4 men, and the music ended at the same time as that shot of the trash getting thrown into the trash can?
I think there was also the one used sometime in the final season or 2 where the intro is given an high-definition look (which is what FOX did with almost all of the intros for their existing Animation Domination shows that season).
The series, King of the Hill, debuted on the Fox network as a mid-season replacement (for Ned & Stacey) in January 12, 1997, quickly becoming a success. The series' popularity led to worldwide syndication, and cable reruns currently air on FXX and Adult Swim, having aired on FX and Comedy Central in the past. The show became one of Fox's longest-running series, with a total of 259 episodes over the course of its 13 seasons. Four episodes from the final season were planned to air on Fox, but later premiered in nightly syndication in May 2010.
