I think you missed the HD intro that appered starting in "Lucky See, Monkey Do". Besides, apperently the Hulu reboot of KOTH is coming out next year. Hulu's taking lots of old shows and giving them another shot like what they did to Futurama last year.

He was being a completely arrogant ass in his new volunteer position within a baseball league, took pleasure in humiliating Hank, bossing him around and had him banned from seeing Bobby play and even told Hank he was lucky that he didn’t have Bobby taken away from him….. not saying Hank was blameless given his disdain of Bobby playing, lying and injuring a kid but the fact Hank has literally saved Bill’s life on numerous occasions, his attitude towards Hank is completely despicable! What’s worse is that he doesn’t learn a damn thing and gets away with it all…. that ass kicking was well deserved!
