Owyn is actually my favorite Red guard besides Isran. I like how he starts off mean but as you keep winning he starts to like you and give you tips for the fights. Makes you feel like you really have to earn his respect.
I lost it when you just completely gave up on the arena when you realized you didn't save 😂 Definitely happened to me in alot of my playthroughs but I went back and played through it anyways because I love the Arena and wished they had made one in Skyrim. Definitely a missed opportunity there. Anyways hilarious video, keep up the good work!
Just notticed that the Arena announcer and the guy who did the voice of the imperials in this game is the same guy that voices the silver shroud in Fallout 4 XD.
Yup, I was listening to the silver shroud radio on Fallout 4 and I was surprised when I heard his voice as the silver shroud, I was like where did I hear him before, Of course the Arena guy and then realized every imperial on oblivion has his voice.
I actually like "seeking your roots" it's a fun quest just collecting it from all over Cyrodiil. Just be on an adventure and keep an eye out for Nirnroot. You're not supposed to actually do it in one go. The reward is pretty meh but I don't do it for the reward anyway. I also like Sinderion, finding his corpse in Skyrim made me genuinely sad. Completed the Crimson Nirnroot quest more to honour his memory than actually for quest completion or the reward.
Of all the great ES youtubers you give me the most motivation to get knee deep in this game again. Been dealing with a lot and not much interests me anymore but I come home turn on your channel and get lost in Oblivion like I used to. Thankyou
these games have a bad habit of having random characters call you weak when you're level 45 and are literally a legendary god, or are carrying around weapons created by hellspawn.
Your reaction to sinderion when he's like I need 30 more nirnroot was pretty close to mine during my first play through of oblivion. Now I just don't pick up the nirnroot. Haha.

It hurt me so much to find out you hadn't saved between any fights! I always found the Arena to be very challenging, so the thought that you weren't saving before each fight is baffling!
The very best arena fights are in Jade Empire by Bioware by the way...! At least in my opinion because Jade Empire was such a beautiful and amazing game...! Even today it's still one of my all time favourites! :)

Man... I can't wait till Skyblivion and Skywind come out. I know it'll probably be another couple of years before we see the finished product but I know that it will be an amazing experience to see the arguably best RPG's of all time in probably their best quality until someone ports them to Elder Scrolls 6 and makes them look like a freaking fantasy movie. They'll just be youtubers with whole channels dedicated to Skyblivion or Skywind like EpicNate or Fudgemuppet just looking at all the "Top 10 Secrets You Didn't Know in Skyblivion", or various forms of that.

As I remember it, Oblivion was originally rated T but controversy over the violence, blood and also a topless female mesh hidden in the game files caused it be re-rated M. I kind of see Shivering Isles as Bethesda embracing this change as it is more overtly violent and gory. And maybe with consistently more mature themes.
Buddy... Skyrim has decapitations in Vanilla. Even if you don't like the game, which I totally understand, I mean - buddy, the M rating is legit. You don't need three gallons o'blood on each step to Doom-level of gore to have an M rating

You need to find The Prophet in Anvil, he's pretty much always opposite the chapel there. Speaking to any of the townsfolk or guards will point you to him as well.
Skyrim has an M rating cuz the esrb is way to srict due to lawsuits and stuff against video games or them getting blamed for shootings and other things also probably the reason why the blood isn't as much as in oblivion

I struggled when it came to the yellow team champion, but I destroyed everyone pretty easily, even the grand champion.
It put a smile on my face to see that nothing seemed to stop you except my favourite race- the redguard.
