This is a Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) driver! KSRTC is easily one of the best services available anywhere in the world, private or public. Period. Its just amazing how an Indian government company actually got this good.

I experienced something similar going into the alps one day. My friend and I had first row seats on the right side, and I could swear during a couple of left turns we were actually sitting beyond the edge of the abyss of death below us.
I had an Indian guy in Ranthambore at the Tiger safari. He held our car on a cliff and turned it off to wait. When he started, if he stalled, the car would have rolled back and fallen down a huge drop. Today I would have gotten out first but I didn't even think about it on the day. Crazy skills

Driving in technical terrain/roads like this requires the drivers to really know the vehicles like it's an actual extension of their body so they would not be scraping and hitting things left and right, or even falling off of cliffs.

However for an ordinary individual who simply relies on the bus as a mode of transportation, rather than being behind the wheel, the experience can be described as utterly mind-boggling!
