Goldsmith one of the greatest ever to score a film. I've never disliked any music with Grusin's name attached that I am awear of. He has been and, remains a consistantly intriguing source of music.

I so wish he would go out of his semi-retirement. He scored a short this year, that's something at least. His harmonic style is unique! I know no one else who can write such strong melodies.

Dave Grusin's influences on the world of music are many. I've been fortunate to discover his music decades ago, and I've followed his jazz and film score career for many years. I am grateful for the joy his genius has provided to me for many years. Unfortunately, his web site (referenced abose) seems to be gone, and the 2018 film about his life and career is no longer available. This full interview also seems no where to be found.
