  • Lifting a sandbag can truly hurt your back.
As a posture therapist, I will explain you how to avoid a disc hernia, a lumbago or any other lower back pain due to wrong manual handling.
To lift a sandbag or any other item, here are the secrets:
    00:00 intro
00:27 the 3 secrets of real pros
    01:49 bending the knees
02:37 the best technique to lift
    04:19 how to stand up
06:01 how to unload the car
Remember: bending on your knees to lift is not the golden rule of manual handling!
The golden rule that I teach in every manual handling training is: the less you lift or carry, the better.

You should use a compressor for your audio mixing.

Do you have any reference, mate? The sound quality isn't too good right now because my headset is gone for repair... but any advice to improve is welcome!!
