    Hi,
I am experiencing different kind if problem from many days. If I sit on a chair for long time (around an hour), I get pain around my navel region and lower abdomen (not inside stomach but on the stomach muscles). I have tried lot of stuff but nothing is helping me.
    Can you please help me???

Now I know why I wrecked my knees by squatting on both knees to pick up something....golden rule for crooks called doctors to keep us running back to them to fatten their wallets. I was having problems with my right hip and lower back and right knee at the same time and figured the knee and the hip were connected somehow in mal alignment. Exercises given on the net helped me get rid of the lower back pain and the knee is now improving. Thanks for this advice....I searched for "how to bend down and rise up correctly" and your video was on the list! Thanks again and will share your advice.

I laughed out loud at "...how the hell this load arrived here & what we can change..." b/c I've been c/o abt not having ergonomists to guide us in a myriad ways as an RN of 30+yrs and one who has not been able to make the "body mechanics" I was taught to use & to teach patients work properly--often w/out falling over, 'straining' something, etc. I thought it was just my inherent lack of coordination, muscle strength, etc. If it is possible to donate even more of your time than you already have so generously given, can you do the movements a bit slower/& or repeat them, as it went a bit too fast for me to fully grok. I got confused re: the S.M.L. sequence, ie do you still go all the way down to get a light item off the floor, or does the item have to be tall & light. Thanks very much for spreading this important info so generously❣I will surely be encouraging people (especially my peers in health care) to watch this & buy your book.
