I love your confidence you love your body, you take care of yourself and you look bloody amazing! After 2 kids my body has changed so much and it has been a real struggle of accepting the weight gain and other multiple changes. I stopped buying clothes just becuase I didn’t feel confident in my body and wearing by them. But it’s influences like you that make me motivated to get back on track with my fitness and diet and NOT for the sake of loosing weight just to feel good and healthy. It’s influences like you that make me realise that my body is great just the way it is and to be confident in it no matter what way it changes and to get those clothes I love.! I have used a few of your outfits and brought replicas to put together and I LOVE them I actually feel good in the clothes and feel put together. Thank you for being you and being confident you’re beautiful.
I hope you’re holding up ok. I’m so very sorry. I had an awful time a few years ago, that involved 3 spinal surgeries, repeated cerebrospinal fluid leaks with some horrible, horrible symptoms over 2 months, in a very uncaring NHS hospital and the thing that got me through was to repeat like a mantra: ‘Keep being brave, keep being brave.’ It really helped me though it sounds a bit pathetic, typing it out now! Sending you oodles of noodles of love. ❤

I'm catching up with you about three months after, and i find you so real down to earth, ( even the comment about wanting to knick the towel!), but the crashing in the waves, the fact you posted this, somewhat unglamourous shot, only endeared you to me more.! ❤ i love your voice, it it calming and soothing, your hair is out of the dolls at the hair schools (ie: stunning!) and your revelations with styling are perfectumundo. (If you don't understand that expression, YT Fonzie from Happy Days....TV in the late 70's to 80's). I'm only 10-15 mins in to your video and i love it. You're someone who i know i would love (NOT in a creepy way!), as well as inpiring dress ideas and...one thing to think out about/consider....getting your voice on the 'Calm' app. You would be a big winner!
