- Bit of an odd one (could you tell?) my secret project has kept me busy so I wanted to pick up the vlogging camera where possible. When I am feeling overwhelmed, I remind myself that "this too shall pass." Enjoy the wonderful moments, and persevere thru the tough ones. This too shall pass.

Fire and Ice lol, i've had a mixer tap for the last 7 years in the UK (new builds) and really struggle when I stay elsewhere without it! I usually end up choosing fire and then do a few dashes of cold water on top haha

I would recommend prepping your lunches, whole foods so much better for you 😀
For breakfast l just have an egg and some avocado … just plain food that doesn’t come in a packet 😊

Hey, I don’t like the taste of most protein powders so I make a protein shake from Greek yoghurt and silken tofu with frozen berries or bananas, cocoa powder and chia/ hemp seeds. It’s a Michael Moseley recipe x
I love My Protein shakes for breakfast and lunch. They are delicious, having tried many protein shakes theirs are the best 🤗. Just the mix without adding any other ingredients.
I'm guessing a collab with skincare, with the Doctor maybe? 😘
You can try to add spinach or frozen zucchini to your smoothies!
I really like the choc & nut Awesome protein, it’s vegan and also has less ingredients than the my protein one :)
Nothing wrong with whey protein. I used the organic protein co ones they’re great as they literally only have a few ingredients and not very sweet. They use organic unrefined coconut sugar as the sweetener and real vanilla seeds etc
Vegan protein often has so many extra ingredients
Just stick to 10% full fat protein greek yoghurt, and good peanut butter manlife is is it? Davina T. WillPowders MCT and electrolytes brilliant although she does a protein but not tried it. Or Hunter and Gather
Moving to the country
Agree with the natural approach. I once actually ruined my own Estrogen levels and then succumbed to harsh symptoms using protein powders, even vegan ones. The research is online. Better to eat eggs or pulses.
Moving, colab with a brand or a modelling gig with a really high end brand
