For a complete image :-)
You need to download, extract it and flash it into a Card.
But anyway for something very simple I AM working on a guide with All the good work of community on English then you just need to had your games it is the right way.
I try to respect All the diferent ideas.
Next 2videos Will BE performance on GB300 for GBA and guide for a clean Basic intall for multicore

I use neo purple 0.10 custom firmware. It's more stable. Too bad it's doesn't allow keymapping.
So I have mod my console myself. I use Q-Tips and put it on top of the button. It acts as a drum. When I push the Q-tips, it will push down the button.

I use the assets of Purple Neo but i moded some stuff inhave TV out multicore keymap and so on tryll it out if you like

olá amigo, vou escrever em português: assisti ao seu vídeo e notei que o gameboy advanced está fluindo muito bem, o jogo esta rodando perfeitamente (dragon ball, mario kart), pode me ajudar? Pois o meu gameboy advanced foi atualizado o CORE dentro do sistema TADPOLE 1.3.3 e não ficou com esse desempenho. Saudações do sul do Brasil!

*O meu zip teoricamente resolve tudo.
*Precisa BIOS correta lançada:
GBA/mnt/sda1/BIOS/gba_bios.bin
ROMS/mnt/sda1/BIOS/gba_bios.bin
*Osaka resolveu isto
*Precisa Dynarec do Kobil.
*Precisa correr script Windows make-romlist.bat para criar os links multicore

It is not really CFW they use the GBA default emulator to boot All cores ,but they are complete images, some really good ones
