I’m 5’10 and can weight up to about 180-200 without it looking like I got big. Even now I don’t look over weight and I’m 235. I work out regularly. But my weight is due to a mixture of muscle and fat. My fat is now out weighing my muscle. Especially that I had recently gained 7 pounds. The issue is, i don’t do number two for a week at a time, take birth control and have a thyroid issue. I’m stressed y’all.

I've been searching and searching for a video like yours! You are so realistic. Every other video I've seen is people with newborns who are telling us to wake up at 5, have a green smoothie, and go to the gym for 2 hours, and that's just not for everyone! I'm 5'6" and I was overweight before pregnancy (around 155-160) and I'm currently 36 weeks pregnant and I weigh 190 and trying to make a game plan for when shes born and your video has really helped with that! Thanks for being so real! New sub 🥰

I’m currently 37 weeks pregnant I am 5’2 and before I got pregnant I was 133 now I’m 184 . Everyone who asks how much I gained make me feel sooo bad like it was “too much weight gain” I was very fit and I’m hoping after I give birth I’ll be able to bounce back soon after that but I know I have to be patient :) all of our bodies did such an amazing thing developing our tiny humans💓

Omg! I can relate I’m 4’10 as well. I weighed 165 lbs with my 2 pregnancies. But now I maintained my weight 104 and I’m 40 years old .As a short or small individual every 5 lbs will show up in the belly area. I’m not in a diet but I make it sure I burn more calories than my calories intake. Thanks for your video. You’re beautiful with a positive attitude.

I’m 5’9” and my normal weight is around the 140s but I can go up 155lbs if I’m lifting. I gained a total of 55 lbs. during my pregnancy. I had never gained that much weight ever in my life. I’m currently weighing at 180lbs and I’m slowly exercising again. My goal is to go back to weighing 140lbs 🙌🏻

Needed this video! I don't necessarily need to be skinny just to be skinny, but I want to be healthy and fit to keep up with my son, to set a good example, to go on family outings and not have to worry about what I look like, to feel like a confident bad ass momma who can focus on being a good mother and wife for my boys! You laid it all out and it sounds simple, but you also made it sound doable. Thank you!!

Such a sincere video! No gimmicks, no sales tricks...just one mama talking to the rest of us😊. My baby just turned 2. The emotion ups and downs are for real! Still haven’t lost the baby weight. I hate how my body looks. But being a mom is my greatest joy! It’s such a privilege to be a mom. Just take one day at a time mamas...you are doing a great job. Just look in your precious children’s eyes...they are telling you that you are perfect as you are and that you are enough! 🤗😘

I appreciate how you are sensitive about your heaviest weight being other people's goal weight. It's hard when little or thin people say how fat and gross they are at certain weights and I'm actually bigger than them or whatever and they're standing right next to you and other people. It's a bit humiliating so thank you for expressing what you meant

Good morning Mrs. Beautiful ♥️♥️♥️ I just want to let you know that I definitely loved your video, hit the like button and subscribed. You’ve really made my morning just by watching your video! You’ve inspired me so much!! I’m 93 lbs over weight, I have 4 children, 3 boys and 1 girl. I had my daughter last, and I haven’t been able to lose the weight for nothing, no matter what I do, and it only seem to get harder and harder. I’m very depressed and having anxiety all the time. I’m always out of breath, tired and sad, I turn to food for comfort. I do not like the way I look, I can’t fit into any of my clothes, I’m embarrassed to go out into public and worst of all, I don’t feel sexy for my husband anymore. I know that GOD led me to see your video, because I don’t like to exercise either lol, but I love riding bikes and swimming too! I’m so happy right now that I am crying happy tears. Thank you so much for You sharing what you’ve been through and how you suffered and what you’ve done to achieve your goal. You’re a very beautiful and smart young lady! God Bless you and your family and Thank you again! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂 oh and side note... My kid’s are 20, 14, 10 and almost 2 this June. I’m also 39. I’m at risk for diabetes and high blood pressure if I don’t do something now. Omg I’m so happy I found your channel!!! You look awesome! Congrats on your weight loss and your journey!! Loved listening to each and every word you said. Felt like its my story.. I was used to be an aerobic trainer before I got pregnant. Now I have severe deficiency of calcium and feels so much pain in my knees. I am a. Software engineer.
I work from 9 to 6 with a 9 months old boy .. I usually eat lunch what my office offers. Not able to control my weight.
But now a days I try to take eggs and fruits and just take tea and green tea with them
Have salad in lunch. Full bowl of it. And take small portion of office food if I still feel hungry.. Usually I skip dinners. Just try to take any Cookie if I feel hungry..
    Will share my progress soon..
    Wish me luck...

I no longer feel pain from where I got my epidural and I am starting to lose the baby weight fast. I’m really elated that I ran across your video and I absolutely loved it❤️ I’m 8 months in with my son at 210 lbs 5’5” and let me tell you, I’m really discouraged and break down whenever I look in the mirror. My main issue is my tummy. The weight there won’t go down no matter what I do. So thank you for these tips, I will definitely try them and pray that I have a miracle in the months to come👏 Thank you thank you thank you once again ❤️

You have no idea how refreshing this was. I’m 3 months postpartum with my first and I also had a c section, I’m 4’11” and 145ish I’ve been so down on myself because I haven’t “bounced back” thank you so much for sharing your journey. It gives me hope ! ❣️
