I am about 5 weeks pregnant and 5'1". I already weighed a bit over 180 and I am freaking out. This pregnancy came right when I decided to start my weight loss journey. I definitely don't want to gain anymore weight than I already have... I am also hoping that weightloss is possible during and after pregnancy 😢...

I’m 4’9” and I gained 45lb while I was pregnant and I thought I would lose most of the weight after I gave birth but I only lost 15 lb. I’m now 10 weeks postpartum and watching your video has given me the motivation I need to not give up! Thank you for posting this video I did not know so many women have and are going through the same issues.

How long did it take you to get to your goal weight?

Before I got pregnant, I was around 125-130. At the end of my pregnancy, I was 169 and 6 weeks after I was 160. I'm now at 8 months postpartum, I'm 177lb and I absolutely hate myself. I binge eat and I want so badly to lose this weight. I feel and look so fat. I oversleep when I actually sleep. I binge eat. I eat fatty foods.

I gained about 50lbs about 200lbs but am trying to embrace my body growing a baby but also miss my pre pregnancy weight of 155lbs 5feet 5.5 inches. Thanks this is sorta just what I needed to see. I am 5 ft and currently 145 and don't look or feel anything like myself after my c section 4 months ago. I was a muscular 115 before and just dojt recognize myself its depressing and feels very daunting not having time to work out even though I want to. You look FANTASTIC it gives me hope.

And I'm just tired of the way I feel and the way I look also plays a part, infact big part. I'm also short for my weight. I always tired, emotionally physically and mentally exhausted.

Wow, I listened it hit me and I shed tears. I love my boy his a year now, but my problem is my body I can't even put him on my back. After my C-section i have been having issues with severe back pain. I visited the doctor's they didn't see anything. I feel I have been in and out of depression because I can't do much for my baby or help myself with the accumulated weight. I tried getting up and doing exercises here and there and I found myself not trying again because I don't see much difference. I hate looking at me. I should say, you have done a good job on your body. 👏👏👏👏

i am 11 months postpartum and a c-section, started my lifestyle change end of January 2023 and I am 10kg down in 7 weeks. i have alot of overhang on the c section scar, it looks so ugly and my confidence is 0 right now. I have made changes so I am hoping to continue to lose the weight as time goes on. x

I have a 2 year old with super tight curly hair. Mine was never THAT curly so I’ve been doing the best I knew how (brushing and a water spray bottle). I tried this with my fingers and our leave in conditioner thinking NO WAY the ratted knots from sleeping will come out with no brush and just my fingers. It WORKED!!!! And was even faster than when I brushed! Thank you!!!!! Painless too! I’m so happy
