I have a 2 year old with super tight curly hair. Mine was never THAT curly so I’ve been doing the best I knew how (brushing and a water spray bottle). I tried this with my fingers and our leave in conditioner thinking NO WAY the ratted knots from sleeping will come out with no brush and just my fingers. It WORKED!!!! And was even faster than when I brushed! Thank you!!!!! Painless too! I’m so happy

Thanks for this. I am Chinese and have smooth straight hair and my hubby is Puerto Rican and has thick, course, curly hair. My daughter is almost 3 and has some hair that is curly and wavy while other pices of hair slighly curl under at the bottom. Ever since watching this video a month ago, I’ve been spraying my daughters hair with water and adding Mizani’s Miracle Milk deep conditioning spray before styling her hair. Her hair has grown like crazy ever since. Thank you so much for the awesome tips! If it wasn’t for you I don’t think I would’ve been using this method 😊

Kiona Patterson my daughter is Mexican/Salvadoran, since she was about 1 month old I’ve been using SoCozyKids Leave in Conditioner and Therapy. I spray it into my hands and work it into her hair. She had about 3C type curl and she’s 1 now and we still use it.

Hair is so complicated lol i have six kids and the one who was the curliest as a baby now only has waves she is six now. Most of my other kids had straight hair until they turned 1 now they are curly. My youngest was born curly too but idk if her hair will change yet. And my child with the juiciest curls is the BOY! LOL

Thanks me and my older girls have straight hair but my toddler has daddy's curly hair and she's just a big ole mess especially the back it's always frizzy matted the next day cause I just really don't know how to take care of curly hair I wash it and everything like my other girls hopefully this is a game changer for her

God bless You. I am learning to brush my daughters hair. I try to ask my girlfriend for help, but when I do she snaps at me and yells and swears at me and my kids when she would rather sleep. I have stick straight hair but my husband has really curly hair when he grows it turns into like a fro I'm currently pregnant idk whose hair our baby will be born with but I think I should learn how to manage curly hair just incase I once gave my niece who is mixed dreads by mistake because idk how to style curly hair got so tangled she started crying when my brother wanted to take out what was originally a braid

I'm in Canada, what products can I get here that would resemble what you've used? My daughter's hair is almost exactly like your daughter's but apparently we dont carry the blueberry bliss products here.
My daughter has the same exact type of hair, and as person who has never dealt with curly hair before this was super useful. I know this video is a year old but if you have anymore tips I would appreciate it. My daughter will be 2 and I don’t know whether I should get her a haircut so her hair can grow out?

My son has hair exactly like this and it can be so frustrating trying to maintain his beautiful ringlets, my partner really wants to shave his head because of it so I’ve been trying to find ways to maintain it better to avoid shaving. Really want to let his hair grow out
