What was said about cooling down with something on the palms and pads, was that henna? How does it work? I plan to watch this several times so I can catch everything. I really enjoyed the show...I have a greyhound in the United States I've started getting him off his dry food and getting him on chicken egg fish beef and vegetables. His coat looks great and he seems to be performing better and is happier...He is also an indoor greyhound that's part of the family...He's a great dog! I heard you say honey is good for them so I'll put a little in his meal.
My saluki mix came by airplane to me in the states from Doha, Qatar. She is absolutely stunning and loves to run in our backyard. She understands Arabic, despite the fact that I don't. Yes, I do spoil my saluki!
Great video but not EVERY dog gets bad food in europe - although a lot do. We feed our dogs a raw meat diet, no grains, just food meant for what the dogs are - carnivores. They do great on it. No processed kibble!
here in the uk some of us still hunt .good dogs are given if the person deserves it but never sold .in the uk hunting hares and deer with dogs is not allowed but we still go .i use german shepherd x greyhound.my friend has a malamute x greyhound 28 high 85lbs very powerful good tracker runs in all types of cover catches hares in daylight .lots of romany gypsies prefer saluki x greyhound .but in the uk it is better to use a dog that can hunt in woods etc saluki are for big fields .
why should the eagle sheath its claws and fold its wings and sit in the eyrie when the eagle can unsheath its claws and unfold its wings and fly into the sun.the hawk headed men and the jackal headed men think i am of the dove .little do they realise my eyes are upon them all
do my saluki's paws really get burned when it is hot? I am now giving him ice cubes.Temperatures rise to 102F. and he wili not drink from another's bowl. He acts like he is King over me. Ahhhh i love him .... i would love to lean a short song to sing to him? Can any one help me? Kelly united states. peace

Because hounds are thin you can smell bad food on them. I feed my whippet fresh meal that even more expensive than smelly canned food.
That's how dogs should be raised! Saluki is my favorite, one day I'll have to go there to visit.
