Love the 2nd one ….. FL scares me with hurricanes and acquiring home insurance can be tricky and costly in the future ?
It is a beautiful home! Both are. As far as insurance goes, it depends on the area. Over in the Ocala area hurricanes do not hit thankfully. I have not had any issues getting insurance and they’ve been less than $1,000 for the year including hurricane coverage.

The house it’s has to my impression an after though feel or in another words an Amateur design. I wish that builders understand that darkness doesn’t sell! properties, Nor lack of Appliances.
The bedrooms are small and window placement kind of weird.
More money for less appeal.
Second house Much better feel and space alignment.
Almost there When we noticed there was No back lanai.

WHY IS TACKY CERAMIC FLOORING USED INSTEAD OF WOOD FLOORS ? 😢
This is actually a highly requested and liked flooring currently. I get so many people asking for ceramic tiles or LVP. We all have our preferences and I can agree wood floors are nice 😊

Hi Brian. Most homes with Public sewer would be in a community. In most cases, that would have an HOA. Around Marion Oaks there is a community with a $16 HOA that has public water and sewer. Really good prices as well!

Hi Anna! The size of these bedrooms are actually the common size that you see with so many homes. Bigger bedrooms would mean a higher purchase price sadly
