Hi Erma, Great information! I also eat Sauerkraut. It is loaded with natural vitamin C and works great! It is rich in vitamin C and iron, both of which contribute to a healthy immune system. My Swiss German Grand mom got me hooked on eating it daily and i hardly ever get sick. Intermittent fasting and Keto are also great ways to stay healthy as well.

Can Amish date outside of their race?
Dating within their own culture is super important to them ! Race doesn’t matter as long as the person is from an Amish group where they communicate with .
