Thank you for creating this guide and it has helped me get connected - FGr8B on 303 side and FGr4 in the car. I have discovered an issue though which I would appreciate your thoughts on. When I have a futaba.GYC470 connected to the FGr4 steering CH 1 the steering doesn't work at all once the 303 is paired with the FGr4. Remove the GYC470 and steering works as expected through the 303 once paired. In the 303/gyc470 connected scenario I do notice some very high frequency pulsing on the servo so it feels like a signal/code/compatibility issue? Any ideas or any chance you could test this scenario? I believe the gyc470 is a popular gyro for speed runners.
@@WTFRCCars thank you for the quick reply! Servo set as standard digital servo (380Hz) as its a AGFRC A81FHX servo. When you say 303 output - is that the "setting RX interface protocol" section of the 303 user guide? Is there a preference?
Solved. 303 RX interface protocol set to S.BUS. Moved GYC470 to S.BUS connectivity - single cable from 470 to Servo port rather than port 1 on the FGr4v2. Removed gain cable from 470 to port 3 as gain now on S.BUS connection. Thank you for the help!!
Hi Craig. When I back out of changing to s.bud on the nb4 the lights don't change to blue. So I go make sure the 303 is in sbus. Hold up while turning on. When I click left the light turns red not blue. I just watched your video and did the frm303 update. Just looking for some advice please kindly
Really helpful and clearly explained😊👍
Glad ya like it :)

I'd have a look at what you have the 304 output set up as ie ppm pwm also servo frequency can make the servo pulse and gyro not work

@RAHMR2 yeh you will have to try different one see what works for the gyro
@@WTFRCCars thanks - will try the options.

Sounds like one of the devices may not be updated have you done the nb4/frm303 and the receiver
you need to hold centre press to save the setting then left to exit setup
