This is a semi chill setup made specifically for the C-I-VI Maelstrom to comfortably chain Heavy Stabs on Armor with effectively infinite dodges available if stab aim is decent.

Never seen a vet played like this. You’re insane
Duelling Sword was set up for Breakpoints with Thrust in mind or to help pad damage on trash mobs.
2 Shot Crusher on Weakspot (Carapace + Elites wouldn't make it close to a 1 shot even with 30% damage from Surprise Attack while critting) There's ways to set up 1 shots with other things in the Vet kit but I opted not to here just to spend my talent points for general comfort.
2 Shot Maulers on Weakspot hit with only 1 needing to be a full Thrust wind up
1 Shot practically everything else Non-Monster with 1-3 Thrust stacks
Agile Blessing basically lets you skate with impunity as long as you keep your head on a swivel. I didn't bother putting damage perks on the Revolver for this run since any crit/weakspot hit will 1 shot near every Special that I would bother shooting anyways on this particular Maelstrom. Low Profile basically allows you to be a Guardian Angel for the rest of the team as long as you orbit them while poking Heretics that walk past you in an assembly line.

Those previous rounds were rough, that one guy was about to be res'd 3 different times but 3 snipers showed up 3 times in a row between my Stealth CD.
Ive been playing alot with the bolt pistol since the update and its alot of fun now for me on xbox. I played a few games with the dueling sword on vet and idk what to think about it. I always go back to my chain sword. I really hate horde clearing with the dueling sword but ill play with it more once my new controller comes in.

How do you move the ultimate (I forget what it's actually called) separately from the other UI elements on the bottom right? I use custom hud but it's connected to everything on the bottom right.
I haven't updated my custom hud version for close to a year now so I wasn't aware that ability and bottom right ammo info are tied in newer versions. I'm not in game rn but I'd imagine that they should be able to be separated since some of friends are on newer versions. Press F4 (default keybind) for mod options and mess around with the mod's settings to see if there's a way.
@@Vamp0613 I figured it out. I just needed to go to practice mode and change it there. The UI it was showing was just the lobby UI lol. Ty for the reply though. Very fun build!
ive been racist twords vet players since the game came out, but this is basically my zealot loadout and its kinda making me think about rolling a vet character
I don't quite understand the Agile blessing. Seems absoutely straight forward, but charged heavies to the face of most basic enemies doesn't seem to refresh my dodges.
If it doesn't refresh, aim just *slightly* higher. The way stabs work in Fatshark's melee system is that it's not a 1:1 hitbox of the weapon model so think of it more like a long foamstick you see at sports events. If you want to dial it in try it in the Psykanium to get a feel for the margin of error the weapon hitbox has with each enemy head.
The other possibility for it not refreshing in horde trash is the potential of the game registering a limb hit of a mob mid swing in front of the head you intended to stab in which case my aim slightly higher advice should work too.

May I ask why you play on a low FOV?
I'm fine with adding 10-15 FoV over what I have now but beyond that I get hard fish-eye dizziness. I've also somewhat dialed in melee ranges for certain weapons at this FoV
Vet needs more ranged power weapons, not more melee power weapons. Dueling Sword IV needs to be a Psyker exclusive.
