I feel like my bottom rail is digging into the backs of baby’s knees and his skin always looks red and sore after wearing him. But if I let out any slack then he doesn’t feel secure. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi Sarah, just keep working with your top and bottom rail and ensure you don't twist the fabric.
