I have been watching your vids and enjoy your content. Thanx! But for the life of me I cannot figure out why you call yourself a punter. Here in the US it means you were the punter in football. All the definitions on google were basically as follows. One who visits brothels! Not trying to be offensive but I'm guessing its Canadian slang? Did I miss the video where you explain this?
Dude, I LOVE the space! Creative use with the lighting fixtures. I also use the same foam floor for my home exercise things. Those hooks are genius tho! I'm in the process of figuring out how to do my garage and it seems all the YT'ers are putting out "pimp my garage" vids due to being at home in quarantine. So many good ideas!!!! I think I've found my hook system. I really like how they swing. That's so convenient!
re: 3:33 - If your garage is a quite a bit lower than the house, you might have a fairly high concrete stem wall supporting the floor joists of the house itself, or there could be a cripple wall with different stud spacing.
well done man! im currently working on my own man-cave/bike-cave. You definitely gave me some ideas to work with! Thanks! Love your style and cant wait for more videos! CHEERS
Not knowing what kind of building you're in but being a home owner in BC as well, my guess is that you have a concrete wall for the bottom half of your garage. That'd be why the studs don't go all the way down. Studs usually stop at the concrete foundation wall. Super sick improvements Paul. Nice work.
Hi Paul love your channel and bike workshop looks great! Im jealous, my garage is a wreck. One recommendation, be careful drilling in and around above your electrical panel, usually a boatload of wires around it, especially above it.
Want some cool looking foam acoustics? Blow up some cool pics of you and your buddies being rad (poster size). Then using 3m spray adhesive, glue the poster pics to the foam tiles and use double sided velcro to stick them to the wall. Functional, looks cool and fills the stoke when your feeling bummed because its to crappy to play outside. Great vid by the way - love the pipe idea!!
Just a suggestion but I would highly recommend some spiral wrap to tidy your cords up at the computer/recording desk, it would keep it a lot cleaner than having loose wires hanging down
Paul watch the temps on those massive lights you put up. Those things can get HOT so ensure nothing EVER gets infront of em. The amount of color gels I have set fire is unholy
Unreal mate! Hope there wasn’t too much faffing involved? Nothing like trying to get some proper work done in the shed and just end up faffing around. I know I’m guilty of it 😂
Definitely a clean build that’s totally functional not only for your bike servicing and your RUclips channel productions.... I’m impressed! Especially for someone who didn’t know the difference between a screwdriver and a dildo. No more punter... Paul the Pimp.
Using those hooks on the wheels to hang up a bike always worries me that the rim will get bent or scratched. Has that happened at all since you started using them?
Isn’t there some reason to not hang full suspension bikes. Brake liquid or something? I would totally match your setup but was told they need to stay rubber down?
I about shit my pants when you started drilling into the wall directly above the electrical panel. I hope you knew where the wires were and that you opened the breakers first.
Berm peak express, Eric porter, awesome mtb, and now Paul the punter. This day really can't get any better!
Like the positivity ! :)
dude, i‘ on the same schedule😂😁
Couldn't agree more!
And Sam pilgrim but no Matt Jones 😟
Same

You should probably pin this comment
What about the Joey podcast?
How do you wash your bikes? I noticed a hose and WPL wash products below the bike rack, do you wash them indoors?
nice set of g3 skis 1:02 !!!
dan's haircut is sick 👌!!!
Yeah barely used! Maybe one year, but there’s so much faff with skiing it’s annoying
For the bike holder thing you should put every second bike upside down so it’s less cluttered with the Handel bars
Good on ya Paulo ! Well done mate, crackin set up..

Yeah it’s pretty good
Well young man you did a damn good job on rearranging and adding space saving techniques to your DIY in-house bike shop studio
Wow, what an amazing setup! Congrats on the garage makeover
That’s a pretty dialed setup, Paul. Stoked for you and Dan!
👌
Why I love your channel, I’m new to it and have so much content to catch up on👍

Cheers Jonathan!
Looking super quality....the paint job alone made a huge difference
Yeah amazing what a new coat of paint makes eh!
Nice one paul
The new garage looks sweet as!
Now looks less like a dungeon and more like a display room!
Awesome revamp dude. Alexa to the rescue!
Awesome Paul. 🌟 Will watch again.
Just came across your RUclips. Loved the vid, loved how nearly everything was DIY too

Absolutely love the update Paul! You deserve it.
Looks nice Paul!
Looks great Paul! 👍🏻
Thanks 👍
Hi Paul love your channel and bike workshop looks great! Im jealous, my garage is a wreck. One recommendation, be careful drilling in and around above your electrical panel, usually a boatload of wires around it, especially above it.
Turned out really well! The lighting difference is amazing with the lights and a fresh coat of paint👍
Very good video. I love organizing my garage also and came across your video and i liked it.
Looks so good Paul. 👏👏
Thanks 👍
Your workshop looks so cool! great video as well!
Thanks a bunch!

Garage is looking dialed! Told the wife im doing that to our next house's garage! 🤙🤘
Nice!
The garage turned out great! All of these awesome garages on RUclips I feel like mine is sub par now.
Haha everyone’s is great :)
Looks epic. Picked up so many ideas from this! Thanks
Just a suggestion but I would highly recommend some spiral wrap to tidy your cords up at the computer/recording desk, it would keep it a lot cleaner than having loose wires hanging down
Looking great! Now some cable management or adding a power outlet behind your monitors will hide all the cabling and give it that professional look!
Maybe try having the sound proofing on the desk when filming to prevent echoes.
My alexa tried to turn on my lights in my garage during this video. Btw I don't have lights connected to my alexa, I also don't have a garage! 🤣🤦♂️
Great video. I really must get my workshop sorted out like yours !
Looks so good ma man. Love the stain colors you choose.
i absolutely love feedback products, it's about time Park Tool got some competition haha. No hate, i love Park Tool also. love the set up bro.
I do love a garage organization sesh.
6:56 “they all fitted in perfectly” “they FIT in perfectly”
Paul watch the temps on those massive lights you put up. Those things can get HOT so ensure nothing EVER gets infront of em. The amount of color gels I have set fire is unholy
Great video. Great investment into your video production, channel and time. Very nice space
Congrats. Well-done. Pretty boss.
Cheers!
Good on you...looks great!
I sware we mountain bikers like everything surrounding mtbing more than going riding itself 😂😂
Haha True 😂
oh wow, that seems to be true
Congratulations 🎉 looks awesome 👏
well done paul amazing what you have done with the place and also well done dan for helping didn't forget about you :)
Nice, looks great!
It does!
Great video. Makes for easy viewing 👌 what wood stain and grey paint did you use on your tool wall pls ?
Nicely done
I was thinking to myself I don't think he stirred the stain LOL your garage looks great good job!
8:25 is the highlight of the video 😂
Looks really neat 🤙 Enjoy your revamped place. I do the same with mine ^^
Sweet!
"Make sure you watch it twice." 🤣
Nicely done!! but you need some monitor cable management to really get it sparkling!
Nice garage. What vise did you buy and where did you buy it?
Amazing... Where can I buy those swing wall hooks for hanging the bikes?
Sweet setup. that turned out great.
RAM Mounts also makes some nice stuff for tube mounting and arms!
Great work it looks much better. I’ve been wanting to do this with my car workshop but it’s too big and so much work!
Get some black conduit to tidy your cables under the monitors, just to finish it off... Looking great..
Ooo not a bad idea
Nice improvements!!
8:17 man I will never un-see those garbage bins
Is there any concern using rim hooks like that on the road bike rim?
👌🔥Damn man is this a transformation good for you mate👌🔥
Sure is!
Sick video where is your DH bike ?
Excellent channel and video. I follow Seth and now you
Unreal mate! Hope there wasn’t too much faffing involved? Nothing like trying to get some proper work done in the shed and just end up faffing around. I know I’m guilty of it 😂

Great ideas!
Planning my bike cave in my head and you've added inspiration so BIG thanks for that.
Where did you source the pipes & mounts?
@10:17 Why would you need to tighten the seat post when the whole bike is being held up by it
when you were making it you should put the hooks closer and attach four times front tire and four times rear tire on them
Mega Jealous of this setup now! Looks clean, and the lighting is awesome!
Can you post the link for the Bike Hooks please
Isn’t there some reason to not hang full suspension bikes. Brake liquid or something? I would totally match your setup but was told they need to stay rubber down?
Love the Mohawk it’s a look 🤘
It’s all we have
I think that the reason there are no studs is because there are cynder blocks or concrete from the foundation at the bottom half of the wall.
What bike stand do you recomend for worki g on bikes?
Awesome video
Hey Paul, pleas make a Video with Kyle Warner i think he can explain so Well! It will Help You a lot
Haha I already have! Go find it
What bike stand do you use.
did you oil then stain?
Well down Punter! Cheers!
It looks realy nice!!!
This is sick
Thanks!
Epic!
✌️
Thanks for turning on my garage lights...
Haha really? Thought about changing it...but then I didn’t
My guess is the wall was supposed to have a window but was filled over by board but studs weren’t replaced
Just curious what compressor that is. It's just the size I need.
Some master craft one from Canadian tire. No idea on size:
Dan is the man ! :)
Sure is!
Why man did you not make it tidy on the selfs
link for the air compressor and bike hooks? thanks!
Would very much like to know which compressor you went with as well.
I about shit my pants when you started drilling into the wall directly above the electrical panel. I hope you knew where the wires were and that you opened the breakers first.
What air compressor did you get? I keep looking for one but can't decide on one?
THIS!? also curious!?
My eyes are twitching at the sight of those untidy cables! Come on Paul!
Haha
works on a 2018 Harley Trike
Making it happen Punter 👍🏻
Nice work looks so much lighter
