4 weeks out from the gravel worlds, I decided to dust down the Crux and go check out some prime British gravel at the Struggle Events, Borderlands Gravel event in the Yorkshire Dales...
What can I say? This part of the world never disappoints.
The weather was very British and the landscape, was spectacular!

Great vid. You must have got cold just wearing road kit.
Food wise, 90g of carbs an hour is normally recommended.

@@SA17579 thanks mate… I was ok actually. It was between 9-12 degrees most of the way and I was riding pretty hard so kept warm…
The fuelling got away from me a bit through the ride, I probably should have consumed a bit more…. 👍

@@daveridesagain I find it hard eating on a ride as I prefer savoury to sweet. One sportive I did had cheese and crackers though. Lovely.
