The first time I saw that moisturizer packaging is when I got the drunk elephant whipped moisturizer. Love it, so efficient. And you can refill with replacement cartridges. I love how you use that. Brilliant.

How do you incorporate the major fade moisturizer with tretinoin usage at night?
I just received my Hyper Serum! 😊 the packaging is so gorgeous and I love knowing the story and inspiration you shared. I have a little skincare library (drawer) haha of my own, and I have stored the box and refill cartridge. I have only used it once, just before bed now, and I already love it. I have some sensitivity due to starting adapalene, and the winter weather, but I immediately felt hydrated, soothed, and comfortable post shower! I look forward to finishing off my collection when the other two steps come back in stock! I got your skin care line today and tonight is my first day. I suffer from hyperpigmentation o both cheeks and forehead. I’ve used so many products and waste so much money but no changes. I’m on my 3rd set of Major Fade. Definitely seeing a huge difference. I did a chemical peel recently and the serum and moisturizer played really well in after care. My lips are pretty dry so I’ll have to try the basting with the mask and see how it goes.
I just finished my moisturizer and cleaned it out with soap and water and added my Avene moisturizer in the jar so I don’t have to put my finger in it, I can report the it works really well. I’m think my orders is coming on Thursday, I’m so excite to start using again.

You are absolutely beautiful!! I have been watching your videos for a little bit now, and I'm in love with the way you put it altogether to bring out the true facts of skincare. My skin is TERRIBLE, always has been, and being in my 50s now and menopausal, it's even worse. I have gone from oily, irritated, acne infested skin to dry, irritated, red, sensitive, acne infested skin. Seriously, it's embarrassing to leave my house. I'm going to continue to watch your videos and try to learn more about dealing with my skin issues. If I try your skincare line, what would you recommend I start with? Right now, I am using Aveeno Calm + Restore Nourishing Oat Cleanser and that is it, period. It helps with the dryness somewhat, but not for long and my skin is still horrible. I give new meaning to "hot mess"!!
Just for men's beard dye. Mix up a pea size amout and use to dye your brows. Lots of RUclips tutorials out there. Works a treat!!

I haven’t bought the trio yet because I’m very dry and I really need something for anti-aging so I don’t know if it’s for me. Any advise on the trio and something for lines and winkles. I also know your line can help with acne and luckily I don’t really have that problem.

I do have a question though on glycolic acid and retinol. Do I use glycolic acid one night then retinol another? Using skinceutical retinol .3 and I have the L’Oréal 10% that you recommended a year or so ago . Please hurry and ship to Canada I will be patient I promise.

Hello from Hellishily Hot & Humid Florida! I just discovered you after hearing your name mentioned by another “influencer”. I’m loving what I’ve seen so far. I struggle with hyperpigmentation (from sun) and ingrown hairs along my jaw - which results in post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Are the ingredients in in your system enough to prevent ingrown hairs or do I need I dedicated product for keratosis pilaris? Or am I going in the wrong direction?
Why you dont make the cream package as pump it will be easy and a little expensive

Is hydroquinone considered to daily use?
No! It needs to be used cyclically for a certain amount of time then a break is needed for a while before you can restart 😊

Is there any risk of vitiligo with fade cream?
Vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder and if you have certain genes, you may be at increased risk of something triggering (causing it to happen) vitiligo.
If you have vitiligo, depending on the extent you either want to try treatments that can maybe help repigmentation. Or you want to try to even out your tone if your vitiligo is extensive.

I have an excellent skincare routine which I came up with after watching Dr Idriss videos. Recently, I went to a dermatologist who asked me what my routine was and she was impressed after I told her. Now, I got Dr Idriss products (I live in Europe so a friend brought them to me) and my skin feels AMAZING. I was impressed because I do use most of the ingredients in my routine, so I was skeptical as to how this line would be different. Obviously formulation is key and it does make a difference. I only used this for one week. So the only difference is that there is less redness and more softness. The hyperpigmentation is obviously still there but I really hope it will work in the longer run. And, importantly, my skincare is much simpler quicker and I believe cheaper!! Thanks for these great products dr. Idriss!

Please do a video on proper ways to tend to cuts/blisters/etc. it’s so confusing, hearing the back and forth on Neosporin, alcohol, peroxide (would love a deep dive on this alone as well, the safety of it etc.), Vaseline, letting it “breathe”, and so on. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
