I just googled it(!) and it looks like they are, so it’s worth a go.
They will likely be lower quality but it can’t hurt to try!

Top notch bro… ✊🙂 Can’t help noticing behind you next to dear ol Rik is an Astoria painting… I’ve had some amazing nights out there in the past. The Rock nights in the late 80's and 90's were legendary 🔥♠️🔥 Yet another sadly missed London venue 😢

Ahh man, the Astoria will always hold a special place in my heart - so many gigs and wonderful times!
Yep, sadly, another venue savagely culled.
      Thanks for watching!

Is it possible to remap with a NS-2 boss pedal? I only have two pedals, a feedbacker distortion and a noise suppressor. I imagine that with a NS-2 it’ll be a much cleaner pedal than a distortion pedal

Yep, absolutely. And it won’t make a difference which one you use because you don’t engage the pedal, you have it connected but always left in bypass

Hi, is there any noticeable difference in quality, feels & tone between using boss for reamp vs real reamp box like radial prormp?

Yeah, there would be a difference; proper remap boxes are matching the impedance perfectly and will also have a - very useful - gain control, usually.
You get what you paid for at the end of the day, however, this is a wonderfully cheap alternative that still does a fantastic job.
      Surprisingly impressive!

You just saved me $100! This is great. I’ve got an RV-6 I’ll try this out with - can you use the effect of the pedal simultaneously while using it as a reamp device?

      Good to hear!
I’m not sure actually, I think you can. If experiment and see how it sounds!

so is the audio only run through the boss pedal in standby or is it active, stomped on? a bit confused here.

boss pedals have a buffer, which means they don't fully bypass when turned off. to answer your question: you can do it both ways but turning it off makes the pedal not apply any effects!!!
on a note: don't recommend using distortion pedals since they can add a bit of residual distortion

It looks like it’s already been answered (thanks!), but yes, it’s in bypass so not stomped on!
