Except when you reimported the MIDI file, it didn't import the empty space you added at the beginning (by extending the beginning of the MIDI region), which is the trouble I'm having. How do you get Logic to honor the empty measures at the beginning and have the MIDI file enter at the right time in the project?
Hi Andrew. Oh ok, you could try pasting a blank clip at the beginning (on 0 as it were) on the midi track and use the join region (Apple+j) which should work?
How do you export the actual sounds that go along with the midi part, for example if you want to share with someone else that doesn't have the sound library?
Excellent tutorial. This helped me out so much with exporting my audio and MIDI files. Thank you!
Thanks so much for the feedback ☺️ Very glad to hear this helped you out! Any suggestions welcome, thanks again.

Just seen this sorry, you need to export the track (bounce it essentially). In logic there is an option to export all tracks I.e for mix 🙂
Eddie Fisher from OneRepublic saw your video xd.
