Imagine your little girl getting into singing and theatre, imagine getting her vocal lessons and she goes on to be this ABSOLUTE VOCAL UNIT!! As a father of little girls I can only hope....I would be so proud.
Something I really like about this version is that the vocal is raw, or very close to being raw. No overdub, no compression or reverb. It sounds like the sound the mic is picking up is being sent directly to the speakers. You can pick up the slight flaws or imperfections in her voice and breath during the verses. Which then makes that chorus with her amazing chest voice shine through even more as it sounds pretty much perfect, very well supported, zero strain, no cracking. She's right at home in this vocal range.

She definitely isnt... i wouldn't even include her in a top 5 female harsh vocalist. Others actually have more than a single harsh tone. Courtney has only one and it gets really boring really fast

Cool thing is, she sounds just as good live as on a track. This was a live one take, no vocal manipulation or mixing.
