Made this and followed the 10. It was quite small, maybe toddler's size. I may have pulled the yarn tight while doing the process. But this was easy to make, and first time i actually finished a crochet project. It was cute, next time I'll make it wider, i wonder if 12 is enough though

Your crochet stitches are all exactly the same, you could do this with your eyes closed. I know it.! 🤩
At the end of the short rows when you single crochet & slip stitch please clarify wether those go into back or front loop.
Could I use worsted weight 4 yarn and use the same method with the 10 stitches for the top and a longer base chain or should I adjust how many stitches I go into for the top?

Hello sirin I’m from India . I love your videos very much. Precise and neat instructions. I made this hat, but the circumference seems to be a bit small. You said it has four parts . Can I put 5 altogether to make the hat a bit big in circumference? Pl help
Lovely pattern that’s turned out really well except the top is very pointed. I’ve had to pull the top part inside and sew it down. Where did I go wrong?
Hello! If I want to make it longer (not wider), do I just add extra chains at the beginning? My son has an afro, so I want to make sure it covers his ears but has to go over all that hair haha

Do you have an idea of how many stitches you would do if you were using a size 4 weight or light worsted weight yarn? I would like to make this style but not so bulky.
I am also wanting to make your socks after watching your video, but lighter weight to go in my boots. Is there a simple formula for converting patterns to different weight yarn, or am I doomed to sit and crochet swatches and do math?!.🤪
Monk Woole has a video for Stripes Beanie on here, I think it’s the same construction and looks like a 3 or 4 weight yarn, unfortunately it is in German so I can’t follow!
