Carla graduated with honors from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Business, acquired her CPA license, and also received the PMP (Project Management Professional) designation.
Her hardworking and tenacious spirit led her to a career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the Big 4 Accounting Firms. She has business development experience managing multiple territories in the Pacific Northwest in the educational sector. Carla has been involved in real estate acquisition and residential property management in California since 2009.
Setting the bar high for herself, Carla sourced a buyer and closed her first deal just 4 months after receiving her real estate license, an over $2 million transaction. She went on to receive the "Rookie of the Year" and "Rising Star" awards from her brokerage.
